Guest House Luiza & Bushati in Ksamil

Villa isn't 40 meters from the beach like it was promoted. You have two rows of hotels and Vilas between Bushati and the beach ⛱️. There is no public beach in Ksamil so you have to pay 10 to 25 € just to enter the beach.
The beaches are not with natural sand. It is ground granite, marble, and travertine, so it is painful to step on it. Because of the artificial beach, the water is not clean, and if you are planning to swim or to leave your kids to swim near the beach, you better find some other place.
Almost every stock in the market is without the price tag or price tag messed so be prepared to pay extra when you get the check. Almost every order in the coffee shop is "followed" by water or other items from the menu even if you don't order it, so it is unnecessary to argue with the waiters about what have you ordered. Even the fruit sellers on the beach are trying to steal some € from your pocket so they declare you one price before you take the goods and when you give them the money they will tell you that you don't hear well and are doubling the price especially when you have kids with you and fruits are already in the kid's hands.

There were few malfunctions in the room, the light bulb wasn't working good, the fridge sometimes worked, sometimes not, there wasn't always hot water, especially in the evenings, when everybody comes back from the beach.
