Amenities were excellent. The most courteous and professional staffs I have worked with to date. Speed, security and cleanliness - really exceptional property and management, resulting in a memorable visit for my family.

Room was excellent. Location excellent. Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff in the lobby & reception desk area - particularly a gentleman wearing glasses on the evening reception desk. He rescued our one and only opportunity to see a Tango show, by contacting the venue on our behalf when the pickup service did not arrive! Many thanks to him for that - he saved the evening!
The only thing not quite so good for us Europeans was the breakfast as it consists mostly of very sweet things and non-sweet selections are limited. However, I realise that this is a cultural difference and that most of your customers are from South America!

This place is run down. The rooms needed renovation years ago: gaps in the floor, scuff marks everywhere, detached wallpaper, broken tub inlets, rotten corners and so on.
What's worse, they have annoying little money making schemes going on. Example: the room comes with a Nespresso professional (the flat uncommon capsules) coffee machine
You get one decaf and one regular capsule at check in. These are then not restocked but sold to you at around 4 USD a piece. Petty, annoying and time wasting.

Located in an upscale area, next to a river, and close to Place de Mayo (walking distance). The room has a balcony, which is fantastic. Security is tight, and the front desk service is excellent; they can store luggage and call taxis.

The location and rooms were great, and the facilities were relatively new, but the service was terrible; they even charged for bottled water.

It was great! You can safely give it 5 stars! Location, comfort, staff, cleanliness... everything is great! Excellent breakfasts. Compliments in the form of chocolates and wishes for Good night! If I return to Argentina, it will only be to Madero👍🙏

All perfect! Only on the day of departure there was a leak and it smelled very bad..
