My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful. The staff was exceptional. They all went above and behind to ensure we had a lovely time. Even going so far as to help us check in to our flight when we were having issues. Also the breakfast was divine! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second stay in this quirky hotel. We had a better experience last time, this visit felt less special. Our room was ground floor by the court yard this time, where people can smoke and drink until late right outside our main window, making us feel a bit too close to the action and on display. Small windows let the court yard light into our room throughout the night. At 10:30pm the room next door had a check in which woke us up and kept us awake for one hour. When I spoke to reception after half an hour, the staff member on duty was disinterested, defensive and effectively ended the conversation by saying that those people were checking in. He continued chatting to them on the corridor outside our room and in the garden outside our window with loud voice. There is only one pair of sunbeds for the entire hotel and you need to share breakfast tables with strangers at busy times. Great location though, a very good breakfast and the other staff were lovely, particularly Andres, but we probably won't return for a third visit.

What a fabulous introduction to Buenos Aires - an oasis of calm and beauty in central Palermo close to lots of super restaurant, markets and shops! We stayed in the room that Francis Ford Coppola uses when he is in the city! The staff are proud of their hotel and look after guests so well! We felt really cared for! They are professional and have an eye for detail. Our room was also well appointed! Breakfast was utterly delicious! Could not recommend it more highly! We shall definitely come again!

It has taken me way too long to write this review of our most outstanding hotel experience! In addition to this perfectly designed hidden gem in the heart of Palermo Soho, the staff could not have been warmer, more genuine, or more brilliantly informed about their fabulous city. With so many of Ignacio's impassioned and knowledgable foodie, historic, cultural and architectural recommendations filling our days and evenings, it was coming home each night to our quiet oasis and spacious, comfortable room, that felt like we were staying in the gorgeous home of extremely kind and generous good friends! Each morning's breakfast in the light filled dining area adjacent to the lush courtyard was outstanding and always filled with delightful conversation, smiles and laughter, especially with Colin! Would highly, highly recommend and can't wait to return! Gracias amigos!

Great staff, nice garden, nice room. Great location near so many restaurants and night life. I usually stay in larger hotels, this was a really pleasant departure from that.
