We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and the shower had plenty of hot water with great water pressure. In the evening, it was a nice surprise to come back to a refreshed room with turndown service. It added an extra touch of care and made the stay feel more relaxing.
Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again.

Our suite was stunning — elegant, spacious, and beautifully appointed with classic European charm. Every detail felt refined and luxurious, yet incredibly comfortable.

The service was flawless from start to finish. The staff was gracious, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight — beautifully presented with a wide selection and impeccable service.

The location in Recoleta is perfect — sophisticated, walkable, and surrounded by beautiful architecture, parks, and cafés.

A timeless, world-class experience. Five stars without question.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as part of the cruise package.
The lobby and dining areas are beautiful. Staff is welcoming and kind. Everyone spoke good English.
The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. It only had one small window, which made it a bit dark and confined.
Shower had excellent water pressure. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good.

- WiFi signal was very poor.
- Pool hours are 9am to 6pm, which is very unfortunate. After a long very hot day of exploring the city, we were looking forward to a nice dip in the roof top pool. Unfortunately at 6:15 it was already closed. Why so early? It was still light out and the view was beautiful. I would think that a pool like this would stay open until late at night to enjoy the nighttime skyline as well.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Alvear Palace as part of my honeymoon. The hotel is truly exceptional; every detail is thoughtfully taken care of with remarkable precision. The structure has a unique character, with stunning interiors and a refined sense of style throughout.

The rooms are excellent -spacious, quiet, stylish- but really everything feels outstanding: all the restaurants, the spa, even the corridors, and the lobby areas. A special mention goes to all the staff, who combined truly exceptional professionalism with genuine kindness and warmth, something I especially appreciated during the Christmas period!

The room is very unique, with a palace feel. The breakfast area is beautiful and the breakfast is OK. But I don't know how to turn on the TV. It has a sense of history.

I was told this is top hotel in Buenos Aires but it’s v worn down n the floor in room creaks everywhere. Service was immaculate though, especially the excellent concierge Esperanza. She’s a walking encyclopaedia n so passionate about her job

Best restaurant in Argentina ??. The beef was perfectly cook and taste amazing. Waiters was very polite and they speak English too and they have English written under Spanish. They also offer us free cocktail. Perfect place to go with family or friends. Food was worth the money.
