This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! The double jacuzzi, the shower with 5 heads, the extremely comfortable bed, the amazing staff (especially Isaac who is ridiculously helpful!) and the wellness centre of it all !! We are so glad we get to come back for a couple nights, we have joked about cancelling the rest of our trip to just to stay here forever!

The price was excellent. The room clean and comfortable. The front desk staff along with the door men were very helpful. Elana and Balinden were so helpful. A busy day with traffic but the worked hard to secure our cab.

The bad: The room was a bit worn out, caulking around the bath needs to be redone and the drain cleaned. Good location and an excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. A couple of suggestions for the rooms - the suites could do with a bigger sofa or an extra chair in the living room area. There was a lack of charging points throughout. There were no plugs for either sink and the bath tub only functioned as a shower. Would stay again though - good location.

Acceptable hotel room between two flights. Clean enough and had what we needed. My only complaint would be the airport taxi arranged by the hotel. This cost 25 usd, we used uber the next day for 9 usd. Nearly three times more expensive. I understand the hotel takes a commission, but this seemed excessive.

The hotel has a great location right in the city center. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Public transportation stops are nearby. There's a bus to the airport. There's a rooftop pool.

It’s so loud outside, I had to use a pillow to seal the noise from my ears. Would highly recommend bringing earplugs. Also, the front desk literally did not tell me ahead of time that I had to pay a 80,000 Pesos tax to the city, especially right when I had to check out and had no money left. The room facilities are relatively simple and old, which is a common problem in Argentine hotels.

Really nice sized rooms right in the heart of San Telmo, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are well appointed with lots of useful storage, bathrooms good and spacious too. Breakfast was average as is often the case in Argentina. We did use the pool area and showers once, they are a little dated but a nice addition especially if you leave after check out .

We stayed 5 nights here. - Room is large and clean - Toiletries are basic - Breakfast is adequate though boring after 3 days because the menu doesnt change - We loved the big balcony (I dried lots of laundry there 😆 ) Arc isnt at the center of busy Recoleta but there are fruit stores, convenience shops and cafeterias and 3 delicious 🔝 rated restos in the vicinity. We actually had two stays, the first stay we had a room on the 8th floor with a balcony. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable and the linens were good..also very quiet. Second stay started out on the 3rd floor, just a standard room. The room was lovely but the window just faced a wall and so we only spent one night and moved back to a room with a balcony. The only discomfort is the hot water tank, which is very small, two people cannot bathe without waiting 20/30 minutes for the water to heat up. There were some details of lack of hygiene.

In the middle of the heat wave in Buenos Aires the air conditioning did not work.... the rest everything was fine although the price was exceeded... some details in the apartment to improve, in the bathroom the conditioner was dry and could not be used.. The attention of the boys is very good.
