Great suite and comfortable- conveniently next to don Julio - famous restaurant, set in shopping and outgoing are in Palermo area

Great room with balcony. Breakfast was everything you need and delicious. Location of the hotel was very good and in a safe area with excellent restaurants.

Located in a very lively and nice estate; the room was perfect and everybody was nice and helpful. It was my second time there and probably not the last.

This is how was very good for the price. Pretty centrally located in the Palermo District. Good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately it rained when we get there in the area does get flooded. It’s on the same block as the most famous steakhouse in Buenos Aires. Staff was friendly, spoke in good English and accommodating.

Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance.

And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures.

If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available.

Great place, great location. One service issue: elevator broke down and we were trapped for 20 minutes.
