The hotel is quite nice. The breakfast is very poor. There are no duvet covers, only sheets. The room is spacious. There is a pool. The location is right in the center.

I stayed here with family for a short celebratory visit. Buenos Aires remains endlessly charming — a city I frequently return to, often introducing it to new family “debutantes.” We chose this hotel for its excellent location, competitive agency rates and favourable TripAdvisor reviews. The location is indeed very good, just a few blocks from Recoleta and some of the capital’s more refined areas...

Location, Staff and amenities made the stay great. The rooms need upgrading though and it is an older building.

A cost-effective hotel with a great location. The communication with the staff was smooth when checking in. The only downside was that the lobby staff (who seemed to be the manager) at check-out was arrogant and treated us with an indifferent attitude when we checked in and picked up our luggage.

The room was good, the location was perfect, we did enjoy a lot, because we had a flight cancellation at last time and we left the room before, so they gave us the room again aftercheck out and it was nice, that they didn't find any problem. It is nice customer service from the hotel, so thank you so much!

The hotel is in a bustling area, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the elevator is quite small, only fitting two people at a time. Luggage storage was convenient.

Great location and nice rooms, with space to hang clothes to dry. It's clean and hygienic, and the staff are friendly. However, the hotel's bedsheets are too small, making it impossible to separate the duvet from the mattress for hygiene purposes. I hope they can improve this by providing larger sheets.

Loved this hotel, it exceeded my expectations! The price was also incredibly good, making it excellent value for money. Every staff member here was wonderful, and they even offered free luggage storage for several days. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large sofa and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was a set menu, but was very satisfying. There are restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. It is also close to AEP Airport.

The location of this hotel in Palermo Hollywood was very convenient for walking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. Restaurant staff are very customer-service focused and it was nice having a bar, restaurant and lovely patio available for guests. Room was fine. We got a deluxe with balcony-it faced the back of the hotel with a bunch small “ balconies “ with ac units and a large building/ construction. Too noisy to sit outside. The hotel welcomes pets- I think a cat must have recently stayed in the room ( I m allergic) so, difficult to manage. The location was great.

This is a beautiful property in a safe and walkable area of Buenas Aries. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff are helpful and informative and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The lovely breakfast is an added bonus.

Nice hotel very well located. Very clean but rooms could be revamped. The elevators are slow and sometimes it takes time to get one. Staff nice and welcoming but check in process could be better. I had to fill in a paper form even when I had already completed everything online. The hotel is dark, no much daylight in any area. The breakfast is nice.

Average Hotel Breakfast was gross. Elevators are slow especially when everyone is checking out at once. I had to wait more than 30 minutes once I left my room to finally get a free elevator and wait in line to check out. The cleaning staff only restocked towels and soap when rhey cleaned the room and the bed was left unmade and disorganized.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were better than in more expensive hotels. The hotel looked tired and the breakfast was limited. Lots of street noise during the night. The lifts we're hopelessly slow . Overall acceptable for the price.

Yes room was clean and adequate amenities . Just no hangers on the door for towels as there is only one metal towel holder near the wash basin for hand towels .

The streets surrounding the hotel were blocked off for road work. The hotel should inform guests that they will have to walk at least a block with their suitcases to access the hotel or to catch a cab.

Excellent location. Everything was great except we left our bags while we went to dinner before our flight. When we got back, it took 15 minutes to get our bags back! Between that and a wrong turn by our uber, we almost missed our flight. But otherwise, things were fantastic.

Great location and friendly staff. Our room and bathroom were huge and clean, if a little tired and dark. Make sure you ask for a room on the other side to the main road as the traffic kept us awake during the night.

This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! The double jacuzzi, the shower with 5 heads, the extremely comfortable bed, the amazing staff (especially Isaac who is ridiculously helpful!) and the wellness centre of it all !! Located in the center of the city, the transportation is very convenient. There are subways, BRT, buses, and there are many restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions can be reached on foot and the price is moderate.

Good location and an excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful. A couple of suggestions for the rooms - the suites could do with a bigger sofa or an extra chair in the living room area. There was a lack of charging points throughout. There were no plugs for either sink and the bath tub only functioned as a shower. Would stay again though - good location.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, with a supermarket next to it and many dining options. Argentinian beef is really cheap, and sometimes you can also take a tourist bus.

Great location in Recoleta, within walking distance of the Cemetary and Museum of Belles Artes. Rate includes breakfast, which is nothing fancy but there are lots of options. Having moved from a hostel dorm on finding a terrific deal. Which included queen sized bed, fully loaded tv channels, hot tub. Powerful hot shower, heater air con and wonderful varied breakfast. Along with pleasant staff, I give this accomodations 5 stars, highly recommend. 😊

First-rate service! Everything was perfect!

Stayed at this place for a night in BA. Place was a great deal compared to other prices in the area. Room was small, but in great condition. The staff was super helpful and stay included the use of their sauna and free breakfast. Overall, I do recommend and was extremely happy with my stay.
