Absolutely wonderful stay! Super cozy atmosphere, really friendly staff who are always ready to help, and the food was delicious. Everything felt easy and comfortable. Probably one of the best hotels in Yerevan. Would definitely come back!

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends. Will definitely visit it again.

Lost power twice during stay. Property needs a generator. Reservation made for one adult and two 14 year olds but front desk said it shows only one person and wanted to charge extra for an extra bed.

We stayed at Avan Plaza Hotel on Friday night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast served was great, offering a good variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay in Yerevan!

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.

It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff

We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory. An ideal holiday for families with children. Everyone is happy to swim and is very happy. Wonderful staff.

The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.

It's a great place to have relaxation and be near the city as well. Everything are well done regarding the hotel grade. Clean and warm pool, sauna and indoor water games. Staff are very kind and willing to help, even if they don't know English well. The bar has only limited number of fast food and closes about 10pm. They have interesting and relatively inexpensive tours. While vacationing in Armenia, we booked two tours. The first: Echmiadzin - Zvartnots - Yerevan. We loved it; we saw some beautiful historical sites. The second tour we booked was to the Areni Winery - Khor Virap, and we also had a great experience. It was fantastic!

So far I've only communicated by phone. Everything's ok.

Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.

Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem. The pool and souna are very small but semi private as rarely other people use it. Breakfast u have in ur room. Omelette was much nicer. The price was very good for the services offered.
