Loveliest place to stay and catch a breath, listen to the village life sounds, take morning hikes, enjoy the views, tasty food and comfy beds. This place is ideal for people who work remotely. WiFi is fast and reliable, and the co-working space is comfortable with a great view of the village. The host is accommodating and delicious food can be provided so you don't need much. Overall a one of a kind place, exceeded all my expectations.

Come to the middle of nowhere and have one of the best experiences of your life. It’s a place where you can hike for days or do absolutely nothing. The soundtrack you hear is a river and birds and the scenery is lush and could be from a Jurassic Park set or a Lord of the Rings movie. The hotel is located such that you have very good observation of Dsegh village and beautiful mountains around it. Area is very cosy and natural. There are also cute rebbits in the hotel grass.

We had a mixed experience of this hotel. Arrived during a power cut but reception were very apologetic and sorted it fast. We were on the top floor of the second building, no lift but luckily staff helped with bags. Room was good but small things were irritating. This is my fourth time with my family and each time I have given a five star rating for comfort in the rooms, facilities provided such as sauna and swimming pool, food and professional attention given. Location is perfect for quiet solitude and joyful reflection on life.

Nice rooms with balcony and fantastic views. Very comfortable beds. TV, coffee making facilities and safe. Wi-Fi is a little weak but not surprising considering the location. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with high quality food and very good service. Staff were excellent.

The hotel is quite old now eve though they're doing constant renovations. The prices where way up compared to last time we have been here. Meanwhile, the quantity and the quality of food was down. Generally, I wouldn't recommend this place for people that like active vacations. The one and only amazing thing is the location.

Great place to visit during New Year, however, do not go alone. Best is to go with a friend group or family. The food is decent, rooms clean. It is located on a mountain within a forest (a lot of fresh air).

The hotel is located near Dendropark and is surrounded with pine forest which provides astonishing views and fresh air. The staff is lovely and responsive, Prices are affordable.

I arrived late but the owner was there waiting for me. She understood that i was cold and maybe hungry so she gave me tea and some snacks. Since i wanted to explore the next day, i asked if i could leave my things. She was very kind and flexible.

Just great. Cozy place, lovely hosts (she speaks good French, and from what I could tell both of them speak good Russian). Clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful garden (you might get fresh eggs from the hens they keep there) . Not far from the house you can start a beautiful hike that will take you to Kobayr though the Debed gorge. I definitely recommend it.

Our hosts were incredibly friendly and professional, doing everything to make our stay perfect. Odzun is a beautiful place, and so is B&B Sergo Davtyan. Clean, comfortable, good food and everything well organized. Strongly recommended!

Wonderful!! My family stayed at Odzun 2 weeks ago and not only was the view gorgeous, the people were incredibly kind. They also made delicious food making the stay top tier(thank you tikin Greta!) You would be missing out if you didn't choose to stay here.

The food that they served us for breakfast and dinner was beyond amazing that it symbolises the true essence of what this culture is about. Arev, Greta and Vahram are genuine, kind hearted people and treated us like one of their own. It's more than a resting place! The area is just away from all tumult and noise and dust and into the bosom of nature! And the service and the cuisine are just exquisite! The only thing that needs an update is the projector: no way you can connect your phone😊

The location is perfect, the air is clean, but the building is not renovated. The dishes and cups in the restaurant are broken, with splinters, the rooms have a strange smell, but the service is very good.

This is the guesthouse with hotel like (or even better) experience. It’s a big house with a beautiful mountain view. The rooms were quite big and super clean. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Armenia

Totally recommendable, the hospitality was upto the mark and all the needful amenities were on point. BBQ, Bonfire and Gazebo added more value to the stay.

Out of all the places I stayed in Armenia, this is the best. It was close to winter in November, but the room was warm, spacious. Toilet is really clean. They provide the amenities as well. Guesthouse with hotel level service. The owner is very friendly as well

Magical place! The hosts were so kind that we forgot that we're at a guest house. Had a super cozy midnight dinner with freshly baked potatoes from the woodstove. Rooms were cozy and spacious. If you're in the area, it's definitely the best place to spend a night.
