Just great. Cozy place, lovely hosts (she speaks good French, and from what I could tell both of them speak good Russian). Clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful garden (you might get fresh eggs from the hens they keep there) . Not far from the house you can start a beautiful hike that will take you to Kobayr though the Debed gorge. I definitely recommend it.
Our hosts were incredibly friendly and professional, doing everything to make our stay perfect.
Odzun is a beautiful place, and so is B&B Sergo Davtyan. Clean, comfortable, good food and everything well organized.
