Outrigger Bay is an amazing to stay at. We stayed in Room number 14 on the ground and had a large front porch right outside the pool and spa with a big dining table. We had a beautiful backyard with couches outside and lovely bush turkeys making friends with us. The apartment is very clean and quiet. The pool and Spa are stunning and the perfect temperature. I chose this for the pool and spa and to be close to the beach and to have a kitchen lounge and walking distance to town, which didn’t disappoint. It is a five minute walk into town and the beach is just at the back gate from our backyard. The beaches are stunning and there are plenty of restaurants to dine at in town. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Really spacious and clean but the location was incredible. Sadly due to illness we had to leave early but would definitely stay again.

The outrigger apartments were outstanding. Our group was two couples with two young babies. They catered for us with travel cots and high chairs. The apartment was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The first couple arrived early and we're granted an early checkin and the second couple were not picked up until 5pm on the last day and were granted a late check out without any fuss. Wonderful service and would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks Outrigger for a lovely relaxing weekend away...

We stayed here as a family of four (my wife, our 3-year-old and 9-month-old), and it was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal – close to the main hub of Byron Bay but still nice and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well set up, and practical for young kids. If we needed to move things for child-proofing, there was plenty of cupboard space, and having separate rooms made it so easy to manage two different sleep schedules.
The pool was fantastic – always clean, a perfect temperature, and a real highlight for all of us. The BBQ area is excellent, easy to use, and heats up quickly, which made outdoor meals a breeze. Parking was also really convenient with a dedicated space. Just a small note – the driveway is on the steeper side, so it’s best to take it wide when driving in and out.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommend this place for families visiting Byron!

Family Trip
We came to Australia to visit our son and his family who are currently attending school there. We spent a few wonderful days in Byron Bay with them. The accommodations were spacious. It wasn't clear from the listing that one of the bedrooms was a loft--this was a bit of a problem for privacy, but worked out. I know each apartment is individually decorated, I wasn't super impressed with the condition of the apartment we stayed it. It was fine. But clearly in need of some updates. The beach was an easy walk from the hotel. The pool area was small, but worked great.

Apartment was suitable for our needs but furnishings are rather old. Conveniently located to town centre and able to walk everywhere. I would not recommend crossing the railway line to beach.

Only stopped by for a drink with my partner and happened to stumble in on the open mic comedy night. Ordered two cocktails which were made quickly and were priced well. The female bartender was jovial and engaging. As for the comedy it was hard to tell if it was funny or not as the acoustics of the venue are quite poor. We were sitting near the front of the bar and could barely hear what was being said. I recommend if you want to hear the comedy you arrive early and sit as close to the back of the bar as possible. Regardless of the comedy this is a nice establishment with well priced drinks and courteous staff.

Good bar where you can enjoy live music and countless televised sports. Last Saturday I enjoyed the classic Madrid - Barcelona (0-3) and it was very exciting! Very good atmosphere!!

If your skin colour is brown, you won't be allowed in. My son was denied entry for this reason. All his friends were white and they were allowed in. My son was sober, he produced several forms of i.d., he was polite and respectful. The price of being a different colour! Shame on you!!
