The experience was fantastic! The rooms were great, there were abundant rainforest resources, a tennis court, and many other surprises. The restaurant was also good. I would definitely stay at this Byron Bay hotel again. The kids loved it!

Excellent location - walk to tallow beach. Service ended in a lot of sorry sir, apologies, and was actually lacking in any professionalism. Breakfast servise was super slow, we waited 50 mins for coffee and longer for food - again a slue of apologies. Room privacy was unacceptable. Customer service was not good, although all staff were sweet, we did not pay for sweet.

Stayed at the Belongil Penthouse Three - Fabulous. There were 4 of us - 2 had own bedrooms & 2 shared. Two bathrooms. The lounge/dining/kitchen area was huge - the couch enormous. Outside was roomy, plenty of seating, loungers and the private pool was great. Only went to the resort pool once. Couple of minutes drive to town or a 1/2 hour walk along the beach. Clean, quiet, comfortable - recommend

I had a great stay at East on Byron. Right across the street from Belongi beach where I spent most of my my time during my stay. My only complaints, check out at 10am, $60 charge to push it to 12pm, with no guests arriving the day of my departure. I’ve never been charged for an extended check out at any property I’ve stayed at before. Rooms only stocked with instant coffee, decaf pods/hot chocolate...

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, right across the beach and also far enough outside the town to have down time, and close enough for an easy stroll in. The apartment was gorgeous, had everything we could need for our family and the whole place was kept pristine. I 100% recommend this place, and we’ll be back!

The property is such a delight! It has a beautifully landscaped pool and is located right on the seafront. It is also in the midst of the shops and restaurants in the vicinity. We have enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly, offering to help with luggage upstairs, and the rooms were very clean. There's a WWS supermarket nearby, and the beach in town is within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay due to close proximity of the Bay, however property is quite dated with poor plumbing (the water when showering constantly changes temperature) and no dining or breakfast facilities.

Nice spot easy access to the beach. Good amenities we used the pool and spar.  Rooms clean and tidy.  No view of the beach but not a deal breaker for me.

We enjoyed a one-night stay at the Byron Beachcomber. Check in was seamless. Location was excellent, walking distance to central shops and also to the solar train. Great location, loved the proximity to the beach and town. No late checkout option but could leave suitcases. Room smelt of damp. Previously read reviews about it being noisy, we didn’t experience this.

The hostel is super nice, with great kitchen, common areas, and a pool. There is only 1 female bathroom for the whole building, with 3-4 toilets and 2 showers, but I never had a problem finding it available whenever I needed it. Great place overall, would recommend to anyone!

Felt like we were in a country house in Tuscany or Provence but with amazing Byron coastal vistas. Victoria and her team hosted us on a yoga retreat and only the beauty of the place trumped that.

What an incredible few days at Victoria's magnificent property. I was there for a yoga retreat and it couldn't have been more perfect. We had the best experience at Victoria’s. The grounds were amazing, with the most beautiful gardens. There were so many quiet places to relax, especially by the pool, which was set in amongst all the beautiful palms. The owners were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved Byron Springs! It’s slightly further from the main area of Byron, a gorgeous peaceful location, but still an easy walk to the main ***** and beaches. The house is lovely and well appointed with great amenities, the bed was a bit firm for me but overall it was an amazing stay ❤️

Really lovely spot a short walk to Byron bay. Laura was so helpful with everything, there were brownies (absolutely delicious) in the common area and they also left a little continental breakfast out for us in the room. Really nice, clean and comfy!

Accomodation (the room) was good, however the spa/lift was out of service for the whole week of the stay with no attempt to resolve. The front desk was not serviced often with no where to store bags on the day of leaving

We made a last minute booking when we had to extend our Byron trip and Giles was amazing getting us into an upgraded room with early check in which was very much appreciated as it was raining and we've got young kids. We stayed here for 3 nights as I was up for work. Can honestly say that the experience of booking, to the quality of the accommodation at the price we paid, the communication and level of help given by Giles and Roxy exceeded all expectations. The location is great, the amenities are perfect and will definitely be booking again for when I'm back up for work.

The Terraces is an amazing apartment located right next to the beach! The apartment itself is quite narrow, however our terrace had three stories and the rooms were comfortably sized. I couldn't be more happy with The Terraces!

I was going to EXTEND for 2nd night. Then the owner was helpful, but he told me 2nd night rate jump from $162 book via Agoda jump up to $290 with spa room. Owner did NOT want to store my luggage and kept on asking me to take my luggage with me and pay money to store somewhere else.

It is very PEACEFUL and quiet. It is a bit far away from town. After check-out the owner don't like to store my luggage. He was very KIND to turn ou HEATER prior my arrival. As soon as he found out that I was NOT going to extend my 2nd nights because very EXPENSIVE.

Great location- only a 3 minute mute walk to the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by. Well equipped room with kitchenette, washing machine and laundry machine. Perfect for families as there is plenty of room.

Did really like this hotel, it was small quite quiet but felt really private. Check in and check out system is really easy and staff were always lovely. Only downfall was there’s not much sunlight coming into your rooms so they always feel quite dark unless you have the lights on. Really good location though, right in the middle of everything the beach is max 10 minute walk!

These apartments are just lovely. Spacious, clean, well furnished and nice decor. It’s a great location. Close to everything Byron has to offer and safe for teens to come and go. The pool area is small and next to a cafe and not something we would use - I don’t think we would stay here in summer only because a pool is important to us but for a winter break this was amazing.

We stayed five nights in a third floor one-bedroom apartment in a good location right in the centre of Byron Bay, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Great location, 2 mins from beach and everyone else is super accessible. We could take the hotel boogie boards to the beach for free. Reception were so lovely and gave us plenty of tips and recs. They had cold water, coffee machine and pastries and fruit every morning. Rooms were big, spacious and clean. Would come back again!
