Incredibly disappointed with how they dealt with our trip delays and refusal to work with us to change the date of our stay! I love Byron Bay, but I would NOT recommend planning to stay at this place.

Stayed in Terrace 3, second time, excellent layout for six with 3 separate levels, very comfortable and extremely clean, location is perfect. Did not use the car once everything is so close. Highly recommended..

We made a last minute booking when we had to extend our Byron trip and Giles was amazing getting us into an upgraded room with early check in which was very much appreciated as it was raining and we've got young kids. The location is very close to the beach and main strip but without any noise. The rooms were comfortable and convenient. Very good for families (bedroom separation!). Free wifi and big smart TV with apple TV as well.

We stayed here for 3 nights as I was up for work. Can honestly say that the experience of booking, to the quality of the accommodation at the price we paid, the communication and level of help given by Giles and Roxy exceeded all expectations.

The location is great, the amenities are perfect and will definitely be booking again for when I'm back up for work.

The Terraces is an amazing apartment located right next to the beach! The apartment itself is quite narrow, however our terrace had three stories and the rooms were comfortably sized. I couldn't be more happy with The Terraces!

Went there for all u can eat pizza Friday.
We waited ages for the tiny pizza bits and some of them were black at the edges.
Cant really recommend it.

Staff swift and efficient. Food poor. I left Salsa (corn, tomato, onion) on my plate as it was not fresh. Other food in my seafood entree was ordinary. Would be happy to spend $23 for an entree if seafood was fresh and tasty. My entree was no where near what would be considered worthy of that or a far lower price. Disappointing- but I am guessing they don’t rely on repeat business in such a touristy spot. Should have got to the nearby hotel!

Pretty poor overall. Poor service. Warm oysters. Pasta was cold. Fries arrived after everyone had finished their meals. Nice location but definitely room for Improvement.

Great location! Service was excellent. Staff were super attentive and we were seated , served and ordered quickly. Food was v tasty. I had the pork belly which had great crackling. We were there for dinner but I can imagine their lunch service being even better due to the view from the deck. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and would go back next time we're back on Byron.

Good food, a tad expensive. $21 for chips and salad. But it did taste nice.
The salad looked good on the terracotta plate, but the plate ruined it for me. I can't stand the feel of terracotta or the sound it makes when you used your fork on it. Small issue that wouldn't affect everyone, but maybe something for the chef to think about.
Good friendly service.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The decor is themed nicely for the beach. Menu is typical of coastal fish and chips restaurants. The mixed plate portions were smaller than expected, especially given the price of $36. You can get larger portions at George's Paragon (a high end restaurant) from their half price menu. Nevertheless, the food was presented very well.
