5 units available. We rented the penthouse unit and another unit. Both units are lovely and great way to stay at Byron. Directly across the beach, 10 minute walk to town centre, and easy drive up to light house. The units are very functional, tidy and provide everything expected. Penthouse is very nice with lots of space.

Really great setting for dinner with an amazing view. Menu was on the smaller side but catered for everyone really well including the kids menu. The food was fantastic and service was really attentive. Would definitely come back again.

Having been to many restaurants both here and abroad, I'm confident in saying this restaurant was one one of the worst restaurants I've ever attended. The selective menu did not cater for our young children and the kitchen was not able to make changes. We witnessed poor sanitary and terrible conditions as we saw the chefs smoking outside and a stray hair was found in our meal. The service was appalling and the waitresses basically ignored us for the whole night. The view was amazing but was completely wrecked by the experience. Having spent $300 + on this meal we feel as though we have wasted our money. The restaurant was so bad that we didn't even tip, which is very rare for me.Will not be attending ever.

I love this restaurant. I go there often and I really like the menu. From the breakfast to the lunch. I really recommend this place because it's authentic mediterranean food and there's even a lovely selection of wines. The service is really friendly and during the day you can enjoy your meal watching to a stunning view. Nice atmosphere during dinner time too. If you are a food lover you can't miss it!

I can’t fault this restaurant, I have breakfast here often with my family and sometimes solo one of the best omelettes I’ve had, perfectly prepared and served.
The service is professional and smart at every stage, deserving of the accolades being won by this business. As a Byron Bay local in business I bring clients to The Beach, the views never fail to impress visitors, but we are here for the food, daily specials usually include the freshest seafood and accompanied by Byron`s blizzard cold Stone & Wood pacific ale on tap makes for a long afternoon at “The beach” one of my favourite places in the Bay for lunch.
Last night’s dinner started with Sydney Rock Oysters and raw Tuna my main of Sward Fish was perfectly cooked soft and tender, all so fresh exactly as you might expect in this location coupled with a very smart wine list - we stayed late enjoying s few naughty deserts.
Our wait staff were brilliant explaining each dish and helping us select perfectly matching wines.

Absolutely incredible location. We went there for our year 12 formal. To be fair we were hiring the venue but the food left much to be desired. Tiny teeny servings of food. And the main vegetarian option of risotto was just that nothing else. Just plonked on a plate no salad no nothing I wish I had taken a photo everyone was laughing
I commend the kitchen staff I know it was a huge job everything was delivered in time and the food was lovely. Just not enough the desert was minuscule again everyone was laughing. We were all still hungry after paying $90 or so
