We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Bay Royal a number of times now and it never disappoints! The rooms are beautifully decorated, pristinely clean and the staff are all so lovely and accommodating. The location is unbeatable! Particularly for a family with small children - 1min walk to beach, coffee and Byron’s best restaurants. We’ll be back every year.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our Bay Royal apartment (#16) during our stay in Byron Bay! The location was lovely, the apartment seemed freshly renovated and pristine, and the front reception staff was wonderfully helpful. What an incredible apartment! Absolute quality throughout with comfort & luxury combined. Location is second to none with views to die for from the second storey balcony & cafes, shopping & beachfront all a hop, skip & jump away! Luxurious bathrooms & decor, well-appointed & laid-out kitchen, aswell as extremely comfortable beds; this accommodation won’t disappoint!

We just got back from an amazing weekend at Bay Royal Apartments in Byron Bay, celebrating some big milestones. Lots of laughs, shopping, good food, and plenty of beach time! You honestly can’t beat the location—right across the road from the beach, so we could roll out of bed, grab a coffee, and watch the sunrise. The apartment was gorgeous—super clean, stylish, and spacious for all of us to relax...

Love the location ... stay here often and the staff are very nice and helpful. Some rooms could be modernized but being a serviced apartment I guess in time the owners of each lot will upgrade. : ) Eric Sydney

Great location right in town, 1 minute walk to the main beach and a stone throw away to tons of great restaurants and shops. We were very pleased with the cleanliness. Comfortable beds and parking was included which was quite helpful for a busy town. Would come back!

Little too noisy. Cars parked outside bedroom window. Price slightly high for this level of property

The beds had sand in them, and the same under the sheets, so this makes me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Very close to beach ,shop ,restaurants

Clean room. Great space for 2 bedroom bungalow. TV to small for the large space. Building looks feels dated.

Room was neat and clean with well positioned amenities, I have stayed here a few times now and the location to town/shops etc is extremely close.

Stayed in all yhas around Australia THIS one nice, clean and nice staff One thing to improve is uncomfortable check in and check out time While check in after 15 pm then check out before 10 am that is really early Where is 5 hours btw it?

Best hostel I’ve stayed in for a long time! Amazing location, spacious private rooms, clean facilities, towels provided, great kitchen and lovely pool area. Also lots of social areas to chill during the day/night. Friendly staff and we were given a day card on our last day so could come and go as we pleased with made us feel welcome and was a nice touch. Literally no faults!

Stayed here in September and loved it. Nice and comfortable room and facilities and enjoyed taking part in the Pilates class.

The location is perfect a 5 minutes walk and you arrive at the beach. The rooms are clean and specious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 times would go there again.
