I stayed there one night. All the chairs with the table weren't screwed on. It's was a 3 bedroom got told to only use master room and bathroom. My daughter also stayed so we shared a bed. Didn't sleep the best. Got really hot no matter what we did. Put a $150 deposit down. When I questioned about it I was told by the not so happy reception that I would get it back. Haven't seen it. I would not stay there again. It's just sad that people run a business and are not happy and express it to people who stay there through there voice and body language

Loved this place, the residents were lovely, the location was great and we had a very clean apartment.

The location was good, our children loved the pool, but our apartment was absolutely filthy.
I have never experienced accommodation so dirty.
In our culture we never wear shoes in the house but we didn’t want to take our shoes off here. I’m glad our youngest isn’t crawling yet because I would definitely not be putting her on those floors.
We arrived just before reception closed on Friday so had to wait until Saturday morning to speak to someone about our place. I told them it was disgusting and at minimum needed the floors vacuumed and mopped which they did do for us while we were out for the day, but it needs a good going over by a professional cleaner literally floor to ceiling, very disappointing.

Was not happy at all with the process from chrck in not very bubbly on approach and seemed dry by welcoming. Was given a room on top level to go too with 2 of my young kids and the room was not great. No details of WiFi given to use, all 4 chairs in dining room seats were removed so nearly fell when went to sit on one, oven didn't work, dints in dishwasher machine, one bathroom had no soap to wash hands so all had to use the one bathroom. Staines all over carpet, cleaners keys were still in the door when we went in assumed someone else in there prior and to scared to entee the apartment at first. The beds were very very uncomfortable and pillows to high. My husband and I and our eldest child had the worst night sleep and count wait to leave next morning. Coffee mini packets available but no sugar. Even check out wasn't pleasant nor asked how was stay... seems they must know, appearance as if not wanting to be at work. Won't be going again thats for sure

Stayed for more times then I can remember at this accommodation mainly for medical appointments either at Buderim or Sunshine Coast private. We always stayed in a townhouse and they are spacious, well set out and comfortable. There is a garage with electric door and a downstairs toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped and upstairs there is an entertainment area and 2 or more bedrooms. Master bedroom with own bathroom. Other bedrooms have a separate bathroom. Everything is mostly kept very well clean and the townhouses are very quiet.

The units and townhouses are on a gated community which makes it safe. There is a nice pool area which is well equipped with barbecue, chairs etc.

Always happy to book again.

The room is dirty, but the location is very close to the beach, but there is no view from the room. The equipment is very old and there is a bad smell. I will not come again. I feel disappointed, but the service staff is very good and nice.

The rooms are relatively old. There is no front desk or reception. You need to check in and check out online in advance. It is a community where locals live. There are several buildings for rent. The cleaning staff are very good and willing to help. There is a Chinese cleaning staff who is also very friendly. If you have any questions, you can ask them for help.

A two-story villa covering an area of 150 square meters, with front and back yards on the first floor, one living room, one bathroom, one dining room, one kitchen with washing machine and dryer, independent garage, air conditioning, two bedrooms, three beds and one living room on the second floor, independent community, quiet and comfortable, beautiful surrounding environment, 200 meters walk to a supermarket, very convenient, unexpected gain, super value, the only drawback is the semi-self-service check-in, the check-in instructions are not clear, you need to call to communicate, please take a detour if you don't speak English 😂

New ownership.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid. Our order was large cod and chips. Soggy cold fish, in the worst batter with FROZEN chips. Server said they weren't doing fresh chips that night. Can't get much simpler than cod and chips and they couldn't have made it worse if they'd tried!!!!!!

This is possibly the worst fish and chip shop in Australia. There was that much oil on the potato cakes and chips it was inedible and it looked like the oil hasn’t been changed in a year. Customer service was poor. I recommend nobody eat there. 0.1/100

If it were possible to rate this establishment with no stars I would! Last night we purchased 7 pieces of fish ( cod, barramundi and snapper), 2 large and 1 small serves the chips plus 2 serves of rubbery or mushy calamari. We were charged $109.30 for a mostly inedible meal! Both the fish and the calamari were greasy beyond belief. Although there was plenty of “chips”, there was nothing over 3” long, with the majority of them being scrappy pieces less than an inch long. There was no crispness at all, in fact they were so limp and soggy that we wondered if they had been reheated in a microwave! From our experience it is difficult to understand why these guys are still in business.

If There was an option to rate this establishment half a star I would. After spending over $100 (only on fish, chips & calamari) the range on offer was very limited - hearing several times as we attempted to order various additional items “we don’t have any of that” or “we’re not cooking that tonight”. The chips were cold, soft, not salted with chicken salt as requested and the percentage of the scrappy little end pieces was predominant. The calamari batter was verging on sweet, again not crunchy and not even warm. The fish we ordered was a combination of crumbed and battered, but both stuck to the paper it was (poorly) wrapped in - again, not hot at all. How does freshly cooked fish stick to the paper I ask?? We sat reading the reviews of this shop as we waited for our order to be prepared - a HUGE rookie error. A life lesson has been learnt - read a few reviews before ordering if the alarm bells sound. Perhaps the current owners might entertain some additional training before this business goes under. Very underwhelming.
