The soundproofing is terrible, and the location isn't great. Also, the hotel charges for water and slippers, which is really disappointing ☹️

Fantastic everything! Really enjoyed a dip in the pool and appreciated the difference in check in and out times compared to other places. Oh and had a lovely upgrade when we checked in too. 10/10 would recommend

Staying here during a move with a lot of luggage. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, but the check-out time was inflexible and a bit rigid.

Disgusting customer service. First and last time at this Subway. Avoid this place. Make your own sandwich at home. The guy over charged me and then played dumb about it. It wasn't by much but if they doing it to everyone it all adds up.

Terrible customer service, sour looks and no manners. Not trained properly in how to make a sandwich with mine being wrapped up with most of the patty outside of the burger. Pretty poor for a company that prides themselves on being "sandwich artists"
