Best bed I have EVER slept in. Room was immaculate and so quiet. Air con is cold and quiet. Alex and aiden were so lovely and knowledgeable. Pool is extremely lovely. Incredible location, can walk easily to town but away from all the noise. Connected easily to netflix for the wind down at night. Would absolutely stay here again, perfect when u just want a super comfy place to sleep and enjoy all the port douglas has to offer.

We had a great stay at the Lazy Lizard. Rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. It's only a short trip into the Main Street. Aiden was very friendly and helpful.

We recently had 2 wonderful stays at the Lazy Lizard. This was a great location for us to stay on either side of a visit to Cape Tribulation. Our room was very clean and provided everything we needed. It was very quiet, and spacious. It's kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom exceptionally clean, and the beds comfortable in wonderful air conditioning!
We took advantage of the pool, which was very nice. Aidan was a very pleasant host. All in all, a great stay!

My stay at The Lazy Lizard was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it!
First off, the place was nicely clean—everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. It truly lives up to its name as a relaxing getaway, thanks to the quiet atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding.
But the real highlight of the trip was the host, Aidan. He was truly an amazing host! Welcoming, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a wonderful experience.
If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-tier hospitality in a peaceful setting, The Lazy Lizard is the place to be. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely apartment with lots of amenities. Also on site laundry with drying racks provided which were very useful. Went to a lovely local restaurant close by 5 mins in the car. Aiden in reception was very helpful with recommendations for trips and things to do.
Would definitely recommend.
