Very disappointing and misleading experience.

This hotel intentionally misleads guests with hidden terms and unclear policies. When I checked in, the front desk never mentioned any “terms and conditions” about cleaning dishes or taking out rubbish before check-out. There were no in-room guidelines, no signage, and no written notice anywhere about this rule.

After I checked out, the hotel suddenly tried to deduct extra cleaning fees, even though I had already paid a cleaning fee through the booking platform. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trick to mislead customers.

The sofa was dusty, the floor had visible dust and sand, and toiletries were never replenished during my stay. I even covered the sofa with a bedsheet because it wasn’t clean enough to sit on.

It’s disappointing that instead of improving cleanliness, the hotel blames guests for “extra cleaning.” If you value transparency and fair service, be very careful when booking this place

After leaving, the hotel tried to charge an extra cleaning fee, even though the cleaning fee was already included in our booking payment. This feels completely unfair and misleading to guests.

The sofa was dusty, the floor was dirty with sand, and the toiletries were never refilled during the entire stay. It’s ironic that the hotel didn’t maintain cleanliness properly but still expects guests to do extra cleaning before leaving.

We believe this hotel should be more transparent and honest with its guests. Definitely not worth the trouble or the stress.
