The scenery is beautiful, and you can see both the sunrise and sunset.
The place is clean and very comfortable.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
If we come back to Perth next time, we will definitely visit Fremantle again.
Great view and excellent service! Highly recommended!
Love the view and love the room. spacious,
the sea view is breath taking the room is clean and its just amazing. Love my time there.
Basic accomodation with minimal but functional furniture great views of the marina and back right on to the water with parking is $15 /day extra thru reception. The thing is the location - close enough for a 1.5km stroll to excellent markets and Freo city bars..
beautiful and very convenient location. I will book again if I ever back to frementle.
Wonderful place to stay.
Great location but a bit far to walk to Fremantle itself. But we've got a car, $15 per day for parking...
Only negative is bath, shower combo. Not a fan with old knees. And no downstairs toilet :(

You get what you pay for. Great location. Basic accomodation...
Easy checkin, locked luggage storage
Super comfy bed & clean showers
We stayed for two nights, but I definitely wouldn’t call it a comfortable stay. The toilets were dirty, and although the hostel was very crowded, there were only three bathrooms, which was not enough.
The location, however, was excellent 10/10.
I also enjoyed chatting with the lady at the reception; she was very pleasant.
The room was nice, and the location was decent too.
Good place ! Stayed 2 nights. Clean and nice people at the reception
They let us store our bags whilst in Rottnest which was a huge plus

We had high hopes for this accommodation but we felt let down over a number of things. View from the balcony was not as expected. A view of a brick wall when a view of the garden was promised, the fruit salad for breakfast was very average, a huge stain on the carpet was disappointing, difficulty reaching someone when there was a power outage as there is virtually no staff visible.
It was a unique and quaint little place to stay. We got a very warm & pleasant welcome on arrival. Even though it was in the heart of Fremantle it was surprisingly quiet at night. Our room was extremely clean and we were able to check in a little earlier. We will be back!! :))
The accommodation at Port Mill was really good. The room was a decent size and a big bonus was the inclusion of a washer and dryer. The breakfast is basic but good enough and the room and bathroom were clean. The location is right in the middle of Freo so easy to get to places. On street parking might be hard to find during the day, but there are plenty of paid carparks around the area. Good value...
Very nice, breakfast is great, perfect location and something a little different. The wife loved it.
This B & B is in a quaint, gated area. Unlucky for us, we were in the Duyfken attic room, facing the back which when sitting out on the balcony looks onto a brick wall, described as Inner courtyard view. I knew before booking we had stairs to climb because this is mentioned but didn't realise there would be so many. Pictures don't show the two narrow staircases with about 13 steps on each staircase...
A great find! A lovely room with a very comfortable bed. AC and ceiling fan was most welcome as it was a hot day. The location is great as it is so walkable. Good advice was given about where to go, eat, park etc. We parked right outside after 5pm and paid the $7 evening fee and left before 9am which was easy and great. Continental breakfast on the balcony was nice. Highly recommended.

The location and services where wonderful the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful
Great food - wood fired pizza 😍 and impeccable service by David, gave us great tips for Rottnest Island. Clean and comfy rooms.
Upon arriving was greeted by the friendliest and helpful staff, David was excellent and helped us to check in, loan their bikes, and provided a comped upgrade to oceanview room (beautiful!) great comfy beds will stay again thanks team!
Great location, very convenient. Enjoyed the verandah and ocean view. Choices of bars with a great view, a great relaxing meal at the Terrace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bicycles.
Had a wonderful stay here. Michael went above and beyond to make our stay special. Very clean rooms and high quality linen. Great position opposite shark net and lifeguards on Cottesloe Beach. General Store 5 minutes walk away does lovely coffee and pastries baked on site. Quick room service.
Food was delicious. Pizzas were definitely a must try. All mains were great sizes. Share plates also very good sizes, loved the squid. Service was great. Hotel does need to be renovated, very old and run down.

David on reception was amazingly helpful and is a credit to the company. He also arranged an upgrade to our room which was incredibly kind to room 16. It has a huge balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The bed and pillows super comfy, very nice shower, and huge TV, not that we watched it. The room was also very clean
Good location; right opposite the beach. Room could do with a refurb; decor slightly dated and silicone peeling off in shower.
Location dictates lively atmosphere with various bars downstairs. Highly recommend new restaurant, Tiger Fish, that has opened.
Great location, best service with friendly helpful staff. Room was way too small for two people .
Liked Deco style. No lift. Room very small. Hotel being refurbished which we were not advised of. Staff helpful.
Had to check in late but message sent did not contain key box code. At 0400 and then 0330 the following morning someone was dragging furniture around their balcony.
Superb staff, fantastic meal at the restaurant, quiet and safe location near the beach, well-kept older building with art-deco charm. Competitively priced with unique character. Had a great stay and will come back again on the next trip!

Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience sharing the College with some young people also the staff were warm and friendly .
Google maps takes you to the wrong side of place so you need to put in a different road to get to the accommodation side. It was quite loud from some of the other guests.
I did a seminar here and they are very good. Everything is neat and tidy. Staff are friendly, helpful but not intrusive.
The hotel is better than expected. The room was neat and nice. The equipment is of high quality and complete. The bed was very comfortable. I went to the restaurant after nine o'clock and had a rich Western breakfast. The only drawback is that it is a bit difficult to find the hotel location. Parking takes a little more effort.
Clean, comfortable, and very accessible accommodation close to Perth city and attractions. Beautiful gardens, great facilities & cheaper than most other equitable accommodation. It is also the quietest accommodation I have ever stayed in.
The service upon check-in was quick and easy.Room is very spacious and comfortable, clean with full kitchen. Breakfast was basic in the college dining hall. Onsite parking was very limited, may have to find street parking.

Very beautiful hotel. From the window I could see swan river. I really enjoyed the spa bath in the room. The pool was also very nice. I met staff name Sawan who was super helpful and friendly.
Room was big and spacious. The pool is also a standard one. But the good thing was there is paid and free-parking option available. Just directly outside the hotel u can park ur car for free just that it is not shaded
Stayed in two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounds were lovely
The room size of the suite is reasonable.
My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄! And Fridge was extremely small, smaller than a bar fridge.Everything else was amazing. Room service was value for money and tasty. Room was clean. Location great for what we needed
Fantastic service, we went for our daughter’s wedding and they went the extra mile to ensure all went well for us. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Perth.

It’s not really value for money in current establishment.

Very nice location nearby airport, free parking is very nice

Oh and the bed was superb.

Fantastic property very convenient for ferry across to Perth excellent apartment fully equipped good coffee available around the clock Too hotel great prices with lovely views
The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. You can see the entire city panoramic view right from the entrance. The large lawn and river beach outside are perfect for a barefoot stroll, and it's lovely to walk around after dinner. The room felt clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel even prepared a small gift for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
We had a genuinely excellent stay at The Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments.

Great location with the free red CAT to Perth right outside the door. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our spa studio room was quite large. Very clean room and very quiet at night. No microwave but it does have tea and coffee making facilities.
What a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful especially Nicole who helped us several times. Yes the room layout is unusual with no doors on the bathroom area but we enjoyed our room & the king bed was supa comfy. Free CAT bus almost at the door around every 8 minutes makes it a great place out of town to stay.
Really nice hotel - our room was very clean and comfortable. Aircon was good, had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. Reception lent us some bowls and spoons to have breakfast in our room which was helpful! Hotel is approx 20-30 mins walk to main parts of town, but the bus that stops outside (red cat) was completely free - very quick and easy to get into central Perth.
This property is situated in a great location. Close to buses and shops. However, there is no pool, gym or laundry. This is all located off site.
I found this accomodation to be very neat and tidy and the staff were of the highest calibre in regards to courtesy and knowledge of the area.
Liked that it wasn't a very large hotel and room was great with public transport and sites to see nearby.

enjoyed my stay, close to everything really recommend!
The location is excellent, being close to Elisabeth Quay, but the path between Elisabeth Quay station and the hotel felt dark and a bit scary. Housekeeping is only every three days, and I would have preferred daily towel and trash changes. While there's a washer and dryer, the dryer was broken and unusable. Also, there were someone else's pants left in the washing machine when I checked in.
The location is excellent. But the room cleaning service is confusing. When we checked in and be told that room cleaning will be conducted every four days, sometime they did but sometime not. The facility is old and need to upgrade. The staffs in reception are very helpful.
Quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit old.

Excellent place, close to the city center and in a quiet location. Good value for money.
The location is great, by the river in the city, with a small kitchen for cooking and free zone bus rides. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great, luckily I prepared earplugs.

Super! Love the vibe and the location is amazing.
Great place - room was clean and tidy with a good amount of utensils for cooking. Was helpful having a washer/dryer. Staff were on check in/check out were very friendly. Location was good for getting to pier and central CBD
We arrived around 6:10 PM, but the reception staff had already left. It wasn't a major inconvenience for a family of four, but we had a restless night's sleep because no one stopped a drunk troublemaker in the early morning.
The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, the location was great, however, the hotel itself was filthy. Carpet was stained everywhere and god knows what was wiped all over walls, the elevator had its own biofilm going on.
Was ok to stay one night but I personally do not feel the accomodation was worth the asking rate and the bond required felt like highway robbery.
You get what you paid for. Decent hotel in an ok part of town.
Front desk is only open 9-6 which makes early morning requests and late check-ins difficult.
Inside appliances are dated.
There was at least a hard pillow in the room and the balcony was great.

The room was dated and needs updating, the bed was uncomfortable and kept separating which was really frustrating as we booked a king bed for a reason and had 2 nights booked. Very nice hotel, big rooms, great front bar. Close walking distance to the Hay Street Mall. Good cafes close by with a great burger joint just up the road on the forecourt of the Great Western Hotel.
Comfortable beds, clean linen and overall a quiet hotel experience. Will definitely stay here again.
The checkin was fast and smooth though very casual not professional in demeanour. The room was ok nothing fancy. Loved the location close to shops and plenty of restaurants around. The parking was not free cost $35 and was not available. I believe that if you are a guest the hotel shouldn’t make money for parking. I parked somewhere else.
Excellent as usual, although the restaurant wasn't open on the Easter Sunday
The location is quite excellent. There's a 'cat bus' stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to nearby attractions. It's located in the CBD, so shopping and dining options are plentiful. The hotel itself is also very comfortable. All in all, pretty good!
This is an older hotel with no on-site parking, and parking nearby is quite expensive, although it's free overnight. The hotel facilities are very old, and there's basically no service. However, it's located in the city center, which is convenient for walking around. I don't recommend it; the value for money is just too low.

A superb hotel. Excellent service and wonderful happy and professional staff. The room was as good as the photos and so comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and with plenty of variety. Cannot fault this hotel at all.
being totally cashless will make me hesitant to return, adding insult to injury if a company insists on card payment, they shouldn't charge the fees also having almost no shade around the pool was a major letdown

PROS: close to everything, quiet (as in no party but some construction is going on), clean, easy self checkin, pay parking next door.
CONS: no social interactions, poor and basic facilities, mainly working guys, no aircon.
Not bad, not great. 0 communication or interaction from staff, did not see a single staff member my entire stay. No one to check in or out, so if privacy & being left alone is your thing, this is the perfect place for you. Not your typical “hostel” experience. Is quiet & people keep to themselves, which again for some is a plus. Although, there were a few solo men in their 50’s + who gave odd vibes...
Self check in was good. The hostel is really quiet and calm. It's nice to not have a hostel that's full of party people. They have strict rules here. Good for mature people.
Great place close to the city, and always meeting great people, i would recommend if you are a traveller passing by and got a good experience of this town.
Everything is great for the location, cleanliness, noise control, and good for self checkin. I don't mind for phone call receptionist.
No free coffee / tea / sugar in the share kitchen while I was staying there.
After all its hostel, but sadly its pricey these days.
I LOVE HERE.
The owner is so helpful and kind and the place was the perfect for solo traveler like me.
The stuffs are nice I could make awesome new friends there.
Thank you so much for having me!!!✨

The room was big but the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. The washing machine was amazing but very noisy. Staff were also forgetful at times so we were waiting around for room cleaning for a while
This was the longest I've stayed at a single hotel. Previously, I was switching hotels every day and it was exhausting. I stayed here for 3 nights, but the hotel service really fell short. We were there for several days and no one ever came to clean our room, etc. It felt like we were forgotten! We were supposed to get milk every day, but even after asking for it, we didn't receive any.
The room and living area are quite spacious. It has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, but no laundry detergent or dish soap is provided. There are kitchen knives, but they're too dull to cut meat; it took two calls to find one that worked. No seasonings are provided either.
There's no particular smell in the room, and the living room has a door leading to the balcony, but there's no cross...
The Mantra on Hey st is good but I believe overpriced for the views and location. I paid a higher than the market price to stay and the view from my balcony was only looking at other balcony’s on internal building.
We were so lucky to have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member who upgraded our room. The space was huge and very comfortable. It's a shame we only stayed one night. There's also delicious breakfast and Korean BBQ nearby!
Very spacious and clean 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen amenities. Good value for money. Near CBD. Will book here again.

Not enough hot water to allow 2 quick showers , and nobody to tell as nil staff/reception and as lady in the check in convenience store has limited English and said she doesn’t know who to tell!!!
Stayed at Starwest Alderney on Hay mainly for its excellent location which is right in the CBD and super convenient to get around using the free CAT buses. Everything is within easy reach, which made exploring very hassle free.
The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with complete amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The only downsides were the extra charge for parking...
Good location, but nobody is answering the call when you call their number. Hotel is quite old and there's some molds in the shower.
No reception, use a convenience store !!!! Take photos of id with private mobile phone, is this legal??????? And no mention of massive extremely noisy construction happening next door!!!!!!!!!
I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper...
Nice room and comfortable for my family
Very near to CBD and red cat bus station

Raj and the team at Baileys made our stay in Perth wonderful. The rooms are well kept and have everything you need. Great location for everything in East Perth and just a short walk to the Stadium. Raj went above and beyond to help us out and I would highly recommend anyone stay here.
Accomidation was good with a great location.
Staff were excellent, we were treated great by the staff during our stay.
Only downsides were the terrible washer/dryer where the drying function on the machine just didn't work and left clothes soggy (this is a recurring complaint online of the specific washer they used). and the water heater in the room is tiny, so you can only use the shower with hot...
Had an absolutely amazing time at Bailey's serviced apartments, we were there for our 34th wedding anniversary, Raj was so friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable, he put a Thank you card and a bottle of wine in our room which we really enjoyed and appreciated. The one bedroom apartment was clean and beautiful and very spacious, the bed was so comfortable , Raj was so apologetic about...
Loved everything about our stay. Spacious apartment and close to transport as well as walking distance to many attractions.
Special mention to Raj on the front desk - had to be the nicest and friendliest person in this job - nothing was a problem to him and always greeted us with a smile on his face.
I had to stay somewhere overnight due to work being done at my house. Baileys Serviced Apartments turned out to be perfect. From the amazing service to the very nice and clean room, and surpisingly spacious and well appointed bathroom, the whole experience was great. I was particularly impressed with Sheree at the front desk who was so helpful and kind. I would go there again and wouldn't hesitate...
All round fantastic time everything was up to standards for a great price would highly recommend 😃
