A1 location - huge playground over the road. Walking distance to optus stadium, restaurants, IGA. There's no pool despite their google listing mentioning it. Rooms are comfortably furnished but bathroom dated. Everything clean though. We stayed one night with a young family and enjoyed our stay. $15 to park your car be warned.

So close to Optus you can walk there.
Rooms are big. Shower was hot with loads of pressure. Toaster microwave kettle and coffee pod. Easy check in. Will do a one night stay there again if going to Optus from the country.

The service staff are excellent but in terms of the room, the toilet has flies and the shower head had rust

If you have a short trip to Perth or you are there for an event or just want a cheap place to stay for your trip, this is a good place. There’s a free CAT bus service from the motel to CBD and the bus stop is only a minute walk away

But if you are staying long, I would highly suggest to find a different place

TLDR; You pretty much get what you paid for in terms of the room but the service staff is really nice

Compact room that appeared clean. 3rd party booking states free parking however this is not the case and was charged an additional $15 per night for parking. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was in poor condition. There has been zero maintenance done in this room as swollen skirting, paint peeling and to top it off, I asked for a quiet room when I booked some time ago as am such a light sleeper. They put me beside the services/utilities room that runs the air con and exhaust fans for the restaurant below. I asked to change rooms and was told there was only a family room at an extra $400...but it was on the other side of the utilities room!! The fridge was leaking water and I turned the freezer unit up to stop that and then it froze my fridge items. A VERY expensive stay at a VERY disappointing place. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. The bed sheets, pillows and bathroom were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Reception needs a spruce up - is a lovely light space and some TLC and pride in the area would make a beautiful first impression and welcoming space. Under the reception stairs wasn't cleaned at all while we were there.
Lady on reception with glasses was very helpful and professional. Some staff not friendly or engaged.
Vents, windows, air conditioning all very dusty and need of a good clean. There is a lovely eating area outside, also needs tlc. Gardens outside reception need weeded.
Great to have a communal laundry to use - unfortunately lazy guests have left it dirty, but it wasn't cleaned at all during our stay.
Location is great, easy walk to train ststion and free CAT bus.
Overall a good 3 star hotel, though I think was a little overpriced for the tired features.
With a little effort and love, and improved customer service, Bayleys has the potential to be a fabulous hotel. The cleanliness, and customer service received are the ingredients that are remembered, and what makes people want to come back.

We stayed here for 5 nights over last month and all of those were terrible. When we said we had bedbugs, the reception guy just told us to wait till housekeeping comes back next morning which is unacceptable. The manager doesn’t care enough to listen to us, maybe because we were too polite and didn’t create a scene. Staffs didn’t care as well, they said they open till 11pm is a joke because reception always closes early, once we rang someone at 10:20pm, being told the office is close and we need to wait till tomorrow to get fresh towels. It happened because they didn’t cleaned our room at all. Also fire alarm went off in middle of night, no fire protocol in place. We will be reporting this business of negligence, next morning they carried on like nothing happened.

The first time we ordered here the pizza was great...this time not so great. We ordered the Godfather and it looked nothing like the picture, topping were almost non existent it was very dissapointing....we come from out of town so we're looking forward to the pizza...I took a photo but it won't let me upload ?

Never go here they say they have delivered your food when they haven’t and when you call the next day to complain they act like nothing is wrong never ordering from here again.

Always as beautiful pizzas but the amount of chicken in peri peri chicken is less hardly see any pieces of chicken other than that everything is well

Picked up two pizzas at 7:52PM on Monday 4th September. One was a Vegie Trio with added chicken and prawn, however the chicken wasn't there. Another time I ordered a peri peri pizza and added extra chicken, and I received no extra chicken. I'm wasting money here by not receiving what I'm paying for... when I confronted the Indian manager tonight all he said was that he can't do anything about it. Poor service considering I've worked in the hospitality industry specifically at Crown. I was trying to be sympathetic and understanding and all he gave me was attitude in return. I walked back in 5mins from receiving my order and he said that I need to prove whether it wasn't there or not making me look like a liar. theres no reason for me to lie, there's nothing that I wanted besides the chicken that I paid for which I didn't receive. All he says is "so how far do you live" what does that matter? I regret being nice but that just shows who he is as a person.. how is he became a manager I really don't know. Arrogant and inconsiderate at most.
