Very big and comfortable room. Only thing is that the carpark is almost 500m away and if you don't want to walk, will need to pay $75 for valet parking. Otherwise, highly recommended.
10 year wedding anniversary!!! Been there multiple times, did not get the city views this time but git free champagne instead so cant complain.
The room was really spacious, good breakfast, just abit inconvenient to travel as the carpark is quite far and the valet is expensive to park overnight.
The room was absolutely spotless and well-maintained, from the windows to the overall cleanliness.
As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel
This hotel is incredibly upscale, a combination of three Crown Plaza hotels, so it's massive. The facilities are brand new and very stylish

Oh and we loved the pool area! Place just needs to pick up their game somewhat when it comes to more modernization. but still a lovely spot to stay
Great location, very responsive and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended. Once the pool will be renovated, it will be even greater.
Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated
The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful
What you get in the photos is t what you get. the pool has been left in disrepair for years now. they tell you to use the one down the road
One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom

The bathroom vanity is small and poky and the lighting is really bad. The staff however we really helpful moving me from a noisy room to a quiet room on request. Wouldn’t stay again - but it’s cheap and practical
The room was dated and needs updating, the bed was uncomfortable and kept separating which was really frustrating as we booked a king bed for a reason and had 2 nights booked
We called reception to see if we could change rooms but was advised that all the rooms have a split bed. They need to make it so it doesn't separate
Comfortable beds, clean linen and overall a quiet hotel experience. Will definitely stay here again
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating
I've stayed in other hotels in perth and some that have been a lower stars but have had better beds. I wiill not be returning here again

Decent hotel although out of the cbd. 910 bus into the cbd stops outside while walking another block also allows you on the 32 bus into the cbd
The facilities were great, comfy bed and amazing view the staff were lovely and food was delicious definitely coming back
Friendly and lovely staff always greeting with a smile, rooms were clean, wheelchair accessible (50/50 accessible if you have to park underground when the 2 disabled bays are taken, you would have to scoot back out the gate vehicles use to enter/exit and up the driveway, not far but may be steep to some
With a hip replacement and a back injury I was finding it difficult to walk up stairs) but once in the building it’s accommodating, food smells lovely (I haven’t tried it yet but definitely will on my next stay!), if you get a room with a view it’s absolutely beautiful
The reception staff was quick to respond to my requests. I requested ice and two plates to celebrate the occasion. Additionally, there is a laundry service on the second floor, which only accepts coins
However, I managed to obtain the coins from the reception staff and had them deducted from my card upon check-out (one wash and dry cycle costs 6 AUD)

We were there for several days and no one ever came to clean our room, etc. It felt like we were forgotten! We were supposed to get milk every day, but even after asking for it, we didn't receive any
Very spacious with big living room and a balcony. Cleaness of the bed can be improve as i got itchy during bedtime. Overall it was a wonderful stay
The room was big but the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. The washing machine was amazing but very noisy. Staff were also forgetful at times so we were waiting around for room cleaning for a while
This was the longest I've stayed at a single hotel. Previously, I was switching hotels every day and it was exhausting. I stayed here for 3 nights, but the hotel service really fell short
There are kitchen knives, but they're too dull to cut meat; it took two calls to find one that worked. No seasonings are provided either
Nice and comfortable place for families , thank u so much for the room upgrade. The unit was very nice and i think newly renovated , well equiped with kitchen n cooking utensils

The Quest Hotel in East Perth is close to everything is always super clean, smells so beautiful & fresh, the view from the rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in have been quite lovely, lots of room to move & the last room overlooked the WACCA & just so happened from the 12th floor the view of the fireworks was a suprise but a lovely distraction
Easy to walk around local area and travelling on free bus helped us move around with ease. Some shops and eateries close by. We had a great view from our balcony (even had a concert one night from Langley Park
The hotel room itself is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, an induction cooker, a fridge, and a microwave – everything you could possibly need for a holiday
The environment here is fantastic, right in the city center. It's so convenient to get to the pedestrian street and the main roads, and there are tons of restaurants nearby
Fully furnished apartment and was very comfortable and clean. I check-out in unusual time (the night before the check-out date), and the staff was very helpful
The hotel reached out prior to my departure for Perth to ensure an effortless check-in, am feeling safe and getting guaranteed

You can't be this greedy, can you? 2: The swimming pool was not big at all. 3: A female reception(dayshift) in Nov and 4th of December male reception, were not responsible
Excellent location for the airport, soft cozy bed! Amazing shower.
Nice location and friendly staff. Complimentary vines, snacks and water. Sure will go next time
The only reason I cannot give this Hotel and it's service a 99% rating is that there are no hooks in the bathroom area, with which to hang your clothes when using the bathroom facility
Otherwise, the service and airport shuttle bus is tops
We found the information around free pickup from the airport very difficult to find - so we ended up having to take a taxi to the property which was not ideal

Very quite place with nice rooms easy to get to places close by close to the city when we needed to get groceries from woolies close to kings park and the foreshore we really enjoyed our stay and would go there again.
We enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel
The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home. We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park
The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite
The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6
The service was professional, friendly and went above and beyond.

Quality Resort Sorrento Beach, Perth1 / 30

Perth, 1 Padbury Circle (17 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
My only concern (not the resorts responsibility), was  the behaviour of a large group of teenagers racing around the complex, swearing loudly, through car parks & stairs, after dark past 8
This bungalow-style hotel offers free parking right in front of your room, perfect for a car trip. The waterfront plaza, home to a variety of restaurants, is just a 2-3 minute drive away
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of Sorrento Beach, offering stunning sunset views. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful
The youths showed no respect or consideration for the other guests & at no time did I see or hear the adults they were with
30, they ran into me as I was holding a bag of hot food & there were elderly guests moving around too
Although the reception is closed after hours, there are still staff on duty at night to provide enthusiastic service

Location was great, enjoyed our lovely spacious room with good amenities. Only issue is was on the road side and traffic noise was exceptionally loud all the time, even making the balcony unusable. Nice pool.
Nice n close to beach. Pool was clean. Staff are friendly. Stayed in the larger one bed apartment on east side of highway. Had a large balcony. Room was perfect!!
The staff is extremely friendly, particular the gentleman in the reception and Tracy. I have travelled around the Australia, and this is the cleanest place I stayed so far. Only thing is “bad” is I can’t stay longer
Room was generous in size , bed & pillows very comfortable, full kitchen , 2 tv's , big balcony but it does need a couple of sun loungers. staff on reception nice , parking should be included in room rate
Excellent location close to the beach and shops. Spacious clean large fully equipped studio apartment. Friendly caring staff. I would definitely recommend Quest and stay here again.
Scarborough is a fabulous place to visit, and the Scarborough Quest is well placed for easy access to the beach and all the local anenities

being totally cashless will make me hesitant to return, adding insult to injury if a company insists on card payment, they shouldn't charge the fees also having almost no shade around the pool was a major letdown
Pool is not heated and also dark at night, room appears outdated, parking is expensive, however receptionist was friendly
Excellent service and wonderful happy and professional staff. The room was as good as the photos and so comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and with plenty of variety. Cannot fault this hotel at all
The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable
Although not many drivers like to drop off at the lobby because they need to reverse out the long driveway, there are plenty of luggage carts which definitely help to bring all luggage
We had a very late arrival time due to flights but the reception staff very pleasant and helpfull .

Kitchen well equipped although only 1 tea towel and no oven gloves so burnt my hand 1st night when using oven. However more tea towels, towel, bathmats and dishwasher tabs supplied on request next morning
However, after checking in, I absolutely didn't want to leave! The kitchen facilities in the room were excellent, and I spent two wonderful nights there
Great location but a bit far to walk to Fremantle itself. But we've got a car, $15 per day for parking. Only negative is bath, shower combo
This was by far the most comfortable hotel during my trip to Western Australia. I originally booked two nights and thought it might be a waste of time, planning to leave a day earlier
Love the view and love the room. spacious, the sea view is breath taking the room is clean and its just amazing. Love my time there.
Especially enjoying breakfast on the small balcony overlooking the sea in the morning – it was simply idyllic!

I went for the Sunday session pool party and it was pretty awesome. Great vibes, good music. Bloody Mary for 12$! Cheap cans of beer and great place to suntan or enjoy a swim.
Exactly what as described. Good place to stay by the beach in Perth. Loud live music on the Thursday night but we were warned before and it was fine. Nice pool, amenities and rooms.
Happy and great customer service! Rooms are always super glean, comfy bed. Older style hotel been renovated. Always happy with stay, close to beach. Pub and bar right next to hotel
Great staff and location, quirky decor and overall excellent experience

The hotel is very convenient, with a great location and easy access to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience with good service
Overall a good hotel to stay in. Big rooms comfortable beds and clean linen. Brilliant location right near the Hay Street Shopping Mall. I would stay there again.
Our room, 513, faced a wall and a platform, so we couldn't see the sky, which felt very stifling. We also found a large cockroach in the room
The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. Overall, it offers good value for money. However, the hotel is a bit old
Great location with mc Donald’s just few steps away and a lot of restaurant around, perfect location
Hotel is dated, the paint in the ceilings are cracking which is to be expected given the age of the building. The room does not come with dental kit, shampoo or shower foam

Reception lady was friendy and the indian guy that booked us in was so awesome and friendly towards us 100% cutomer service id give him and for the studio apartment it was amazing beautiful & clean and I would rate 100% 5star specialy for The price, this was beter than some of the 5star hotels in the city but the only down fall was the bass of the music and drunk students just below us outside till...
Google maps takes you to the wrong side of place so you need to put in a different road to get to the accommodation side. It was quite loud from some of the other guests.
Clean, comfortable, and very accessible accommodation close to Perth city and attractions. Beautiful gardens, great facilities & cheaper than most other equitable accommodation
The hotel is better than expected. The equipment is of high quality and complete. I went to the restaurant after nine o'clock and had a rich Western breakfast
The service upon check-in was quick and easy. Room is very spacious and comfortable, clean with full kitchen. Breakfast was basic in the college dining hall

Very beautiful hotel. From the window I could see swan river. I really enjoyed the spa bath in the room. The pool was also very nice. I met staff name Sawan who was super helpful and friendly.
Room was big and spacious. The pool is also a standard one. But the good thing was there is paid and free-parking option available. Just directly outside the hotel u can park ur car for free just that it is not shaded
Stayed in two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounds were lovely
My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄! And Fridge was extremely small, smaller than a bar fridge
Fantastic service, we went for our daughter’s wedding and they went the extra mile to ensure all went well for us. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Perth.

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease
The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful
I love the location very much! Walkable to Elizabeth quay which takes only 15minutes walk. Very near to the bus stop for free CAT bus & near the town
Francis, the receptionist that helped us was extremely friendly and helpful in the checking in and out process! Would visit this place again when I am back

Upon arriving was greeted by the friendliest and helpful staff, David was excellent and helped us to check in, loan their bikes, and provided a comped upgrade to oceanview room (beautiful!) great comfy beds will stay again thanks team!
David on reception was amazingly helpful and is a credit to the company. He also arranged an upgrade to our room which was incredibly kind to room 16. It has a huge balcony with a gorgeous sea view
The bed and pillows super comfy, very nice shower, and huge TV, not that we watched it. The room was also very clean
Good location; right opposite the beach. Room could do with a refurb; decor slightly dated and silicone peeling off in shower. Location dictates lively atmosphere with various bars downstairs
Highly recommend new restaurant, Tiger Fish, that has opened
Liked Deco style. No lift. Room very small. Hotel being refurbished which we were not advised of. Staff helpful.

Ideal for my five day stay only 15 minutes by car to sports stadium. Kitchenette sufficient for me to cook my own meals. Great for walking on the beach and experiencing the ambience at night along the waterfront.
lovely stay spacious apartment with good views of the water, great location to nearby restaurants. pool was very nice. Only small issue with stomping from above apartment late at night but what can you do?
Staying at this beachside hotel offered an unforgettable experience with breathtaking sunset views, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service that made every moment truly extraordinary.
We had a great stay at Seashells on Scarborough. The beach was lovely and we enjoyed strolling at both the start and end of the days. Food options were plenty easy parking.

All the staff members were pleasant and the shared areas were always clean. Id be happy to go back and stay there again some day
The kitchen is quite well equipped. The pool is filled no so long ago, what a disappointment. That's one of the reason we book here. Car rental company in walking distance. CAT BUS stop right opposite the inn
This place was great, I ended up extending for an extra week. I enjoyed my stay here and it's in a convenient location
Other reviews complain about people screaming late at night outside - I was in a room on the front and I had little to no issues during my stay, and there's not much that can be done outside of the property
Great place close to the city, and always meeting great people, i would recommend if you are a traveller passing by and got a good experience of this town.
A private room within walking distance of the centre of Perth for less than $70, can't really complain, Perth prices are cooked and some hostels charge 80 a night for a bunk bed in a dorm! Room was clean and bed comfy enough
