Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!

As we have to travel over an hour to the Airport , Crown is always a good start to vacation one day before our holiday, from Here it’s only 10minutes to airport , and a good place to start to wind down, have a flutter and if you’re lucky enough pay for some of your holidays.😊

The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable. Had a great view. Most importantly the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thr price was affordable and fair.

We had a very late arrival time due to flights but the reception staff very pleasant and helpfull .

There was a large open single level carpark at the rear of the hotel with easy access. Staff were good and helpful in trying to accommodate last-minute changes. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.

The breakfast menu was the same every day with limited choices, which became repetitive. The lighting in the room was too dim, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, several electrical outlets and the air conditioner were not functioning properly. I had to call for assistance multiple times during my stay to get these issues checked.

Nice view and location. Fully furnished apartment and was very comfortable and clean. I check-out in unusual time (the night before the check-out date), and the staff was very helpful. My one and only gripe with the property is the deposit which is normally $100 on credit cards. It was $300 here. A heads up would have been appreciated. Otherwise, all the positive adjectives apply.

Property in the centre of town but easy enought to walk to the roverside. 2 points of interest Elizabeth Quay and the Island bar/restaurant and Point Frazer. We enjoyed our spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which came with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were also helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

The location is at the centre of perth, a lot of food choices nearby within 10 mins walk. Unfortunately the room is soundproof badly, whenever others open the doors, we can hear that very clearly.

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free?. This hotel located around 15-20 minutes walk from Perth train station. Can buy Day rider pass from train station on weekdays and Family rider on weekends only which is more value as it is for 2 person for the price of 1 and usable on all train, bus and even trans Perth ferry to Mends street from Elizabeth Quay. The room & hotel itself were nice and comfortable, however there was no sound proofing at all in the room. I could hear the adjacent rooms (TV, sneezes, coughing, children screaming etc.) as well as people in the hallway the entire evening and morning. It ruined what would have been a great stay!

The location is near Perth station making it very convenient. A direct train from and to airport. The room is dated but functional. Housekeeping needs to improve as they don't top up the amnenties and vacuum the floor everyday. No toothbrush and bedroom slippers unless requested.

Very beautiful near the seaside

I booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you. 

Good basic accommodation. Has full YHA facilities as well as gym and pool. Very handy for railway station but bring your earplugs if you are in a room facing tracks. Staff helpful.

Hotel was pretty good, kitchen utensils were all there. Didn’t get the vibe I was hoping, was thinking there would be heaps of young travellers staying (but Covid probably impacted this). Was turned off by the receptionist when I checked in. He was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. However, everybody else I came across were lovely!

Room was clean and spacious. 10 min drive to B shed ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and there was 10% discount at nearby eateries such as Twinfin fish and chips and Ciecerello Fremantle Seafood restaurant. Nice and cosy hotel. The rooms are very clean and the personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is much better then I expected. There are fresh fruits and a selection of different ingredients for your cereals or bread. The beds are very comfortable and they have a big TVScreen in every room.

Small and quite hotel with a lot of parking area. Dinner in this hotel is nice. Price is reasonable as well. Therefore it is value for money. Ordering Uber from the hotel only took me less than 5 min. Close by to the botanic garden.

Staff were nice, and room was quaint if a little small. Bathroom fan was broken which caused a bit of discomfort and there were no power points next to the bed meaning I could not use my phone as an alarm. Overall a nice place but not perfect.

Located in west Perth but free buses left from the hotel bus stop every 5 mins so very easy to go do all sightseeing and shopping. We could walk to Watertown Outlet Stores and lots of eateries within walking distance of hotel. 2 bedroom was huge and we had our own ensuite.

Extremely convenient for public transport with a red cat stop right in front. The cat buses are free. Spacious apartment, very cosy and well equipped for cooking. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast only at the Cafe downstairs and the food was great.

The customer service is overall good and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable for one person. What can be improved is they need to provide a quilt not a throw on blanket for the bed which I found quite odd to not provide a quilt blanket which is a standard thing to provide at a hotel, the wifi is weak and I had to use my mobile wifi, the chair was unstable and had to ask reception to swap chairs...
