Spacious room with a stunning sea view — nothing beats waking up to waves on Scarborough Beach, just a short stroll away. 🌊✨ Staff were consistently polite and efficient, making the stay feel seamless. In-room dining available 24/7 was a big plus, with well-curated options that cater to different dietary needs. The location is also very convenient — Coles supermarket is just nearby, along with ice...
Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!
Love the place, very nice but the only thing is that parking is $25 for residents, and a bit tough to find free parking around the area
Great location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended
Everything was fine, unfortunately they didn’t add breakfast included package. It was a bit embarrassing for us to enquiring at the cafe entrance before breakfast in the morning time, asking to show me booking emails. Rest everything was fine.
Hot Water was yellow when run in the bath tub, did not feel safe to use it.. however location is okay. the entrance to the lobby was not too clear, would be good if there are clearer directions..

From the moment I walked through the doors to check in and received the most unwelcoming acknowledgement from the lady behind the reception desk I thought “oh no, please let’s not start my mini staycation off this way”. Jo-Anne never once could muster even a slight smile, and was disinterested in giving me basic check-in instructions (apparently we are supposed to automatically know to use the new...
So nice hotel with excellent staff and just confirm with your booking especially if you booking from ***********, they said they got my booking canceled when I arrived and it takes long time for they handling with booking. So not sure which end needs more training about this situayion.
All was good. Staff were friendly. The only complaint is the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room.
Great location but rooms are tired and outdated couldn’t get a drink when checked in because the bar wasn’t serving until 17:00 hours on a Friday but overall great precinct.
Nice and clean room. Very comfortable beds. There’s a public playground for young children within walking distance. Free parking available next to the hotel.
As we have to travel over an hour to the Airport , Crown is always a good start to vacation one day before our holiday, from Here it’s only 10minutes to airport , and a good place to start to wind down, have a flutter and if you’re lucky enough pay for some of your holidays.😊

Its nothing special. Just a place to sleep.
The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable. Had a great view. Most importantly the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thr price was affordable and fair.
We had a very late arrival time due to flights but the reception staff very pleasant and helpfull .
Pool is not heated and also dark at night, room appears outdated, parking is expensive, however receptionist was friendly
Service was average, room is quite outdated and in need of a refurbishment.
Great place to stay in as it’s conveniently located within the CBD

Arrive late at night but still able to take bus to arrive hotel. And have convenience store nearby. Spacious room but old facilities . A little bit cold even with the air con turned off in winter . Still using keys to open door and doubtful about safety.
Counter service and room cleaning really need to be improved
unable to flush toilet and requested a change of room. place is dated but acceptable for the price
This was our very first trip to Perth. If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up. Using a SmartRider gives...
There was a large open single level carpark at the rear of the hotel with easy access. Staff were good and helpful in trying to accommodate last-minute changes. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast menu was the same every day with limited choices, which became repetitive. The lighting in the room was too dim, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, several electrical outlets and the air conditioner were not functioning properly. I had to call for assistance multiple times during my stay to get these issues checked.

Nice view and location. Fully furnished apartment and was very comfortable and clean. I check-out in unusual time (the night before the check-out date), and the staff was very helpful. The hotel reached out prior to my departure for Perth to ensure an effortless check-in, am feeling safe and getting guaranteed.
We stayed here over our wedding weekend, and while the rooms were absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfectly styled — the check-in process really let the experience down. It took over an hour to get into our room, which was stressful and disappointing, especially on such an important weekend. Once we were finally checked in, everything else was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the location...
The stay was extremely pleasant. The staff where very lovely people and treated myself and the family very nicely. I would absolutely come and stay another night at the quest East perty hotel
Stayed here last week for 8 days. Initially got a studio apartment but on the 2nd night, I felt that it was too troublesome for me to go down for the shared laundry facilities. Bruno from the reception was extremely helpful in securing me a 1bedrm apartment the next day. He even showed me the room pictures to manage my expectations and the rest of my stay was brilliant. He also shared info about the...
My one and only gripe with the property is the deposit which is normally $100 on credit cards. It was $300 here. A heads up would have been appreciated. Otherwise, all the positive adjectives apply.
Property in the centre of town but easy enought to walk to the roverside. 2 points of interest Elizabeth Quay and the Island bar/restaurant and Point Frazer. Easy to get some some of the stunning beaches along the coast. Transport via uber and train station all very reasonable priced. We stayed here to wind down before flyi g back to the uk. Good location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean anf comfortable. WiFi not not strong enough for the rooms though. The parking entrance and exit are very narrow, otherwise parking space ar good.
Good size and clean neat and tidy . Expensive parking and not well insulated (noise wise) but definitely worth a visit
We enjoyed our spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which came with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were also helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
All is good. The only down side is the bed, it is way too soft for me.
Comfortable stay, staffs are friendly and helpful, spacious apartments with near new equipment. Parking 30AUD/day , plenty of street parking which is free on weekends and from 6pm-8am weekdays. Gym equipments not so great as being same area with the pool, a lot of rust. Pool not so warm for winter swim.
The location is at the centre of perth, a lot of food choices nearby within 10 mins walk. Unfortunately the room is soundproof badly, whenever others open the doors, we can hear that very clearly.

Unfortunately the noise outside my window was too loud. Check in wasn’t as good as it should be, I was told that I could have my room in 20 minutes, only to return 40 minutes later and be told to wait for 30 minutes.
Very good experience in this hotel. The location is pretty good and the room is quiet.
have a false alarm during this trip. Luckily all safe
We stay during our visit to catch up with my daughter. And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning, and it's totally free?. This hotel located around 15-20 minutes walk from Perth train station. it was a good hotel, good spot and the spa was amazing!! only thing was there was someone else’s hair on the bathroom wall i was very grossed out by it .. 🤮
The room & hotel itself were nice and comfortable, however there was no sound proofing at all in the room. I could hear the adjacent rooms (TV, sneezes, coughing, children screaming etc.) as well as people in the hallway the entire evening and morning. It ruined what would have been a great stay!
A very inviting and calming place to stay. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, were pleasant, happy and explained the hotel and amenities extremely well.

Friendly staff and clean amenities. No gym in the building - however they provide access key to A gym 5mins walk away @ snap fitness. The toilets do feel dated like from early 2000s. Room /kitchenette was updated. Came with a generous workdesk
room comes with basic kitchen features sufficient for making breakfast free self service laundry which was great room has a bathtub with jaccuzi function mattress could be better as the motion transfer from the other party's slight movement can be felt
Good location, cozy and comfortable.
Great service. Would be nicer is parking was available on site, but back available close by
1. The toilet can not flush clearly for the human waste with many many times, I push the button. The waste was still at the bottom for overnight. Next day in the morning, I informed Reception, and then it was fixed. After I went to the toilet , it happened again without flushing my human waste. 2. The wash hand basin is too small. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment, which was spacious the interior is very basic, not great value for money. Great location near a wonderful beach & within walking distance to Hilary’s quay
Perfectly adequate, functional and utilitarian. No nearby convenience store for those without the use of a car
Great location, wonderful view from our ground floor room 65. I will definitely book that room again
Very beautiful near the seaside
I booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you.

Good basic accommodation. Has full YHA facilities as well as gym and pool. Very handy for railway station but bring your earplugs if you are in a room facing tracks. Staff helpful.
Hotel was pretty good, kitchen utensils were all there. Didn’t get the vibe I was hoping, was thinking there would be heaps of young travellers staying (but Covid probably impacted this). Was turned off by the receptionist when I checked in. He was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. However, everybody else I came across were lovely!
Great location, everything you need within walking distance. Kitchens were small but well equipped, one was broken during my time. Close to railway station which was extremely convenient but made it loud at times. Mattresses were by far the worst I’ve slept on throughout my stay in Australia - I could feel every spring in them. Aside from that, no complaints. Staff was great, plenty of spaces to hang...
Nice communal vibe and very clean environment. Kitchen fully equipped. Good security facilities including a private lockable cupboard in dorm rooms. Lots of power outlets for charging devices. Helpful and friendly reception staff and good info about tours. Excellent location close to everything. Limited car parking spaces on site. Dorm rooms could do with updating, though, including newer bunk beds...

Basic accomodation with minimal but functional furniture great views of the marina and back right on to the water with parking is $15 /day extra thru reception. The thing is the location - close enough for a 1.5km stroll to excellent markets and Freo city bars..
Wonderful place to stay. Great location but a bit far to walk to Fremantle itself. But we've got a car, $15 per day for parking... Only negative is bath, shower combo. Not a fan with old knees. And no downstairs toilet :(

Nice and cosy hotel. The rooms are very clean and the personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is much better then I expected. There are fresh fruits and a selection of different ingredients for your cereals or bread. The beds are very comfortable and they have a big TVScreen in every room.
Small and quite hotel with a lot of parking area. Dinner in this hotel is nice. Price is reasonable as well. Therefore it is value for money. Ordering Uber from the hotel only took me less than 5 min. Close by to the botanic garden.
Staff were nice, and room was quaint if a little small. Bathroom fan was broken which caused a bit of discomfort and there were no power points next to the bed meaning I could not use my phone as an alarm. Overall a nice place but not perfect.

My only criticism would be that one towel each, for a three day stay was a bit mean!! I washed ours, so used machine & electricity! Two towels each would be more generous! Otherwise, very satisfied.
Rooms are bright , clean, modern and a good size . Area is perfect close to everything you need . Only negative is the hall lights are on a sensor so it’s very dark when you get out of the elevator or when you go to and from your room Making me slightly uncomfortable
