10 year wedding anniversary!!! Been there multiple times, did not get the city views this time but git free champagne instead so cant complain.

The room was really spacious, good breakfast, just abit inconvenient to travel as the carpark is quite far and the valet is expensive to park overnight.

The room was absolutely spotless and well-maintained, from the windows to the overall cleanliness.

This hotel is incredibly upscale, a combination of three Crown Plaza hotels, so it's massive. The facilities are brand new and very stylish. The environment is beautiful, and there's a wide variety of entertainment options.

The environment and facilities are excellent. We even received complimentary handmade chocolates upon check-in. As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel.

Waking up to a view of the Indian Ocean right from our window was absolutely breathtaking! I honestly think the ocean here in Western Australia is even more beautiful than the Gold Coast. Our kids loved it too! The hotel breakfast was pretty good as well.

Room felt jaded. Carpet looked dirty. No free water. Exorbitant prices for bottled water. No chips/crisps. Requested two toothbrushes, got two towels. The room was pretty standard. It's very close to the bus stop for Rottnest Island, and the front desk staff were really friendly and considerate. The only thing was that housekeeping didn't clean the room during my two-day stay.

We liked this hotel location , but it had a few minor problems, such as the heating and cooling system and some of the sockets not working, and the reception service was not good.

I had a very noisy room. Another guests made a lot of noise from when they got out of lift. They talked loudly and I couldn’t sleep well. Washing machine looks old and dirty. Breakfast was good.

The room was dated and needs updating, the bed was uncomfortable and kept separating which was really frustrating as we booked a king bed for a reason and had 2 nights booked. Very nice hotel, big rooms, great front bar. Close walking distance to the Hay Street Mall. Good cafes close by with a great burger joint just up the road on the forecourt of the Great Western Hotel. The checkin was fast and smooth though very casual not professional in demeanour. The room was ok nothing fancy. Loved the location close to shops and plenty of restaurants around. The parking was not free cost $35 and was not available. I believe that if you are a guest the hotel shouldn’t make money for parking. I parked somewhere else.

The location is quite excellent. There's a 'cat bus' stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to nearby attractions. It's located in the CBD, so shopping and dining options are plentiful. The hotel itself is also very comfortable. All in all, pretty good!

This is an older hotel with no on-site parking, and parking nearby is quite expensive, although it's free overnight. The hotel facilities are very old, and there's basically no service. However, it's located in the city center, which is convenient for walking around. I don't recommend it; the value for money is just too low.

This was the longest I've stayed at a single hotel. Previously, I was switching hotels every day and it was exhausting. I stayed here for 3 nights, but the hotel service really fell short. We were there for several days and no one ever came to clean our room, etc. It felt like we were forgotten! We were supposed to get milk every day, but even after asking for it, we didn't receive any.

The Mantra on Hey st is good but I believe overpriced for the views and location. I paid a higher than the market price to stay and the view from my balcony was only looking at other balcony’s on internal building.

We were so lucky to have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member who upgraded our room. The space was huge and very comfortable. It's a shame we only stayed one night. There's also delicious breakfast and Korean BBQ nearby!

The only reason I cannot give this Hotel and it's service a 99% rating is that there are no hooks in the bathroom area, with which to hang your clothes when using the bathroom facility. Otherwise, the service and airport shuttle bus is tops.

Super basic room which is partly refurbished. A comfortable night stay for a night before an early flight.  We found the information around free pickup from the airport very difficult to find - so we ended up having to take a taxi to the property which was not ideal. On check in they informed us that would have needed to phone the property to be collected with no pre-booking needed.

Centrally located in Perth, making it very convenient for getting around. The bedding was clean, though I found the duvet cover not being attached to the duvet a bit unusual. The kitchen facilities were quite basic, with only one pot, which was a bit limited for anything beyond a simple breakfast.

Just across the road is the beach and close to the Karrinyup shopping center. We stayed here twice and it was very convenient. The only regret is that there is no elevator and the rooms on the second floor need to move boxes.

Although not many drivers like to drop off at the lobby because they need to reverse out the long driveway, there are plenty of luggage carts which definitely help to bring all luggage. The room is very good size, and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

The scenery is beautiful, and you can see both the sunrise and sunset. The place is clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. If we come back to Perth next time, we will definitely visit Fremantle again.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location but a bit far to walk to Fremantle itself. But we've got a car, $15 per day for parking... Only negative is bath, shower combo. Not a fan with old knees. And no downstairs toilet :(

Exactly what as described. Good place to stay by the beach in Perth. Loud live music on the Thursday night but we were warned before and it was fine. Nice pool, amenities and rooms.

The building is old, but the air conditioning worked well, and the location near Perth Station and the city was great.

The air conditioning unit, being somewhat aged, generated excessive noise, which disrupted our sleep.

Google maps takes you to the wrong side of place so you need to put in a different road to get to the accommodation side. It was quite loud from some of the other guests.

The hotel is better than expected. The room was neat and nice. The equipment is of high quality and complete. The bed was very comfortable. We chose this location as it was close to the hospital for appointments. It’s also close to public transport and shops. The room is nice, bed comfy and appliances new, but I noticed not very clean. The walls look dirty, there’s lots of dust and the shower had hair everywhere and a heap of mould.

Very beautiful hotel. From the window I could see swan river. I really enjoyed the spa bath in the room. The pool was also very nice. I met staff name Sawan who was super helpful and friendly.

My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄!
