Landschützer Naturaktivhotel

Generally, I have never experienced such unfriendly treatment and bad / disinterested service in a hotel:
- The rooms were not sucked / cleaned the whole week. Only the beds were made
- fresh sauna towels had to be "begged"
- on the Hotel Hompage advertised services (hotel's ski depot at mountain railways, ski pass sales) were not offered on site.
- Ski and boot room not heated. After consultation it was said that the heating is turned on only overnight, but the ski boots were freezing cold in the morning.
- At the breakfast buffet with alleged regional specialties, is the only eigericht scrambled eggs offered from canister full egg, as there is no further inquiry after eggs for preparation of a soft breakfast egg. The rest of the buffet offer was quite poor, the pastry partly from the day before.
- The coffee at the advertised ski in the afternoon was mostly cold, it was only offered a warming in the microwave, but no fresh coffee prepared

The rooms, guest rooms, wellness area are in order - with better management you could spend a nice holiday here. So, as it is now passed, it is really NOT TO RECOMMEND.

Very nice and hospitable staff, but unfortunately totally exploited and left alone. Boss was never reached by phone, heating failed, rooms are not cleaned, reception never occupied and no one to reach, ski room no matching keys on site. A shame, the location is otherwise nice.
