My family stayed in the hotel for the half term week. They could not have been more pleased. They described the food as fantastic and the staff as incredibly kind and efficient. The location is also excellent. I have skied in Bad Hofgastein so I know the area well.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable and elegant. The staff is very helpfull (Sarah and Dorinel). We apreciated the diversity and the quality of the food. You can go directly from the hotel to Alpentherme. We spent 4 ski holydays here and for sure we'll be back next year.

The staff and owner are top notch. They helped answer our battery of questions, including helping us book and print train tickets for the next day. In the room you get a tote bag with robes and towels for the spa, a tea kettle, a little balcony to relax on in the evening with a great view, TV hooked up with Netflix and the first channel talks about the town and the events happening there. A truly exceptional stay. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the amenities including Honesty Bar and Sauna, to the genuinely kind owners and staff, this hotel is not one to pass up on holiday. Incredible location right by the church in the centre. Rooms are very modern whereas the downstairs is incredibly well kept with pieces from hundreds of years ago. We were not able to reach in time for dinner, but we had already paid for it. However, the hotel staff gave us a cheese platter with some bread and salad. It was a very welcoming gesture. 1 star less because the toilets are not built for someone like me (187 cm). Everything is very low, and the shower area was too small.

This hotel is fantastic for a stay in Bad Hofgastein. The rooms are spacious & clean, though they are a bit antiquated. Nothing wrong with that as long as they're clean & functional! The staff are very friendly. The hotel is a very short walk from a park, and the balconies give you a gorgeous mountain view even on the first floor. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely, charming and well run hotel. This is the definitive Alpine hotel full of pine wood and views across to the mountains. My room - number 21 - was small as single rooms tend to be but it was nicely furnished and well cleaned each morning. The spa and pool was always clean and a nice place to be.
