Spacious and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Close to the train station.

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was quite spacious, clean, tidy, and didn't have any strange smells. The swimming pool is really small, more for kids. There's a construction site next door which is quite noisy, but the room itself was okay.

I arrived to the room keys not working, which greatly affected my satisfaction. The window is also not soundproof while the construction site started from 7am. One good point is the spacious room, and that’s why I chose this hotel.

Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna. Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas. Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

The handsome receptionist was very helpful. The chocolates we received upon check-in were delicious, and they even printed out our transportation tickets. We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

Hotel is located just outside the city itself, but is served by frequent buses stopping adjacent to the hotel. We rate the hotel as good in all aspects, except that on arrival we found our room had not been fully prepared, i.e. no shower gel, no hand soap, carpet not vacuumed. I was given a room right next to the elevator. On the second day, I got a new room. It wasn't any better, and I ended up cutting my trip short. I checked out late afternoon on the second day. The property itself felt quite outdated.

The room was clean and a good size. It's right at the train station entrance, and Salzburg isn't very big, so you can walk to the Mozart's birthplace area in about 15 minutes. For breakfast, they had miso soup and rice. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary bottle of water.

Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The hotel is really nice, great amenities and excellent services from the staffs. You can get the mobile transportation pass from the front desk so you can travel around the city for free. It takes a bit walk to the station, but reasonable walk to explore the city too.

There was only one person at the hotel reception at the time, so we had to wait. The hotel parking was in the same building, which was convenient, but it wasn't within walking distance of the city center. However, the hotel breakfast was booked in advance, and the food was both delicious and excellent.

Absolutely perfect hotel for Zell am See. Faultless experience. 10/10 rating. 4 min walk to the AreitXpress ski lift. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Amazing food, especially the 'Michelin star' quality special Christmas dinner.
