Hard to find anything bad to say about the Burg. Location is fantastic, breakfast and dinner are fantastic, service of hotel staff and restaurant staff is fantastic. Spas/saunas/... extremely well equipped, you almost don't want to leave to go skiing.

We definitely don't splurge like this often so prices are a bit insane but it's hard to argue the value isn't worth it.

Only complaint is we felt a little insulted by rudeness of the ski shop staff when they noticed we had not reserved skis through them (we were through intersport, because we spent half of our trip in St Anton). Only black mark on an otherwise idillic trip

Just visited for lunch after a morning skiing. A beautiful terrace overlooking the valley, quite high-end menu and efficient service.

We just completed our fifth stay with the kids and had an amazing time. The staff at the Burg is so helpful, the food is fantastic, the ambiance is cozy and the building is well appointed with several notable investment upgrades over the past several years (lobby, bar, lounge, card room, smoking room, wine cellar, dining room, etc). And best of all is the location -- directly across from the Petersboden lift on the piste. For a family holiday in winter it's our favorite place to go.

We had a very unpleasant experience here today. We decided to leave before completing our order and clearly asked to cancel, but the staff insisted on preparing it anyway and forced us to pay. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Top class hotel in Oberlech. Great personal! Ideal position for skiing and hiking. Winery with the high class vines for respekt!

Unfortunately the owner is rude and unprofessional. They just don’t seem to understand what level of professionalism and politeness is required to run a great hotel.

I am joining the many comments about the rude staff. I really recommend the Thurner Hof or Zuerser Hof instead! Its kind of a buzz kill to spend your holidays being treated badly by a bad hotel manager.

They cancelled our room last minute and treated us incredibly badly. We lost a lot of money on travel due to their incompetence and they ruined our holidays. I’m shocked that someone in the tourism Industrie would act so unprofessionally and rudely. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
