We visited three years in a row, with a kid that requires special food and attention. Everything was perfect as of day one, with very friendly people from the reception over the kitchen to the ladies cleaning the room.
After three years, it feels like coming home for the holidays.

During my first transalp race we’ve got a coupon for a dinner and one of the options to use them was restaurant of this hotel.
Service was teribble. Two waitres came to take an order from us and after we ask for a menu, none of them returned. Then came the third one, she refused to speak english (all the menus was also german only) so the only option for us was to leave the restaurant!

Nice traditionally Tirolan decorated family owned and run hotel, with great large sauna accommodation.
Flexible, very service oriented en friendly personnel.
Some rooms have lately been renovated resulting in more modern and luxury interior.
In high season pretty packed hotel with families with small children.
Food is good enough, while renovated rooms are at the high site on price value ratio.
Located in the centre of traditional village of Nauders, close to shops and services, while the ski bus stops right in front.

'Pet friendly' seems to be a false attribute.
Tried to get dinner at the "Post". After an initial welcome we were asked to leave in a very unfriendly manner pointing out that a dog would certainly not be possible 'this is a no go' due to hygiene reasons.
As a matter of fact, it was 08:30 on and very obvious that the lady was simply not willing to serve another guest 30 minutes before the kitchen officially closes. Anyway, there are great places in Nauders, I 'd recommend the Löwen, Martha's or Luiz. All of them with great food and super friendly, amazing staff. Don' t screw your quality time with a bad experience at the Post.

Great hotel with a nice Sauna. Food is great. Nice staff.

Swimming pool is to cold could not bare to stay in it. Also the pool table is rather expensive for what it is.

Overall good place to stay where costumer service is high

Great little hotel in the heart of Nauders. Easy walk to two ski bus stops and all the shops and restaurants in town. Pool/Spa/Bar/Restaurant on site!

The hotel was fine, the food from 14-16h could've been better. We had a small room, bathroom had 2 windows so the people from the 'main' room could see you taking a shower, toilet had a glass door which means no privacy whatsoever. Breakfast had many options, evening meal was good too. Swimming pool was smaller than expected not many people could fit in. Staff was friendly but you hadn't placed your empty plate on the table or they had snatched it away already. I'd recommend it to couples but not to families, I probably won't go there anymore
