Great stay, amazing people

Perfect!
This is a wonderful hotel. The location and parking are very convenient and the view is just breathtaking. The Zugspitze was right outside our window. The room was very nice, large and clean. The staff was very friendly. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel and it was delicious as well as a great value. Breakfast was nice as well. This is a great place to stay to be able to visit many wonderful sights nearby. Highly recommend!

Claims to be also a Cafe, but when we arrived at 4pm today we were told in a very abrupt way, no we cannot get a coffee. Yes, they just had a bus of guest arrive, but that was for the hotel and not the restaurant /cafe, so not even being able to serve coffee is very poor.

The view of the Zugspitze from the terrace is wonderful. The staff and food and drink advice were very good.

The service here is great! A very warm welcome. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. So cute that they serve in original traditional costumes. The inside is very charming and cozy. The portions in the restaurant are very generous and tasty.

Fantastic location overlooking the Zugspitze. Evenings with very good Tyrolean cuisine. Breakfast has everything you need. From booking to check out very warm and friendly staff. Can be recommended without restrictions

Absolutely love this hotel. Such charming, most wonderful people, great food and a great place to stay. We decided to shorten our holiday in the Salzkammergut region in order to return here for a couple of days. Very correct prices and great view.

Absolutely lovely service during meals and at the bar. Cleaning service is top-notch, I have failed to spot any missed spots etc. in my cleaned room. The hotel features several ways to enjoy yourself outside of the winter-sporting, such as a spa (sauna etc.), tabletennis, a pool table and a fitness room. Altogether I would rate the experience an 8.5/10. As the hotel still is quite cozy and minimal, and here a there a little bit outdated. As for wifi, it is good enough for internet browsing but I would not suggest trying to watch youtube videos or movies during peak hours.
