Had an amazing stay at this special little hotel. We loved all the thoughtful details at this special property. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The breakfast was so delicious and offered a nice variety. The staff were so kind and helpful. Convenient location to hikes and attractions. Would absolutely come back to stay!

We stayed here back in 2019 but I often daydream about going back. Truly one of the most beautiful, family friendly places we have stayed. At the time we had 3 young children and it was just perfection, the playroom and places outside for them to play, the wonderful views from the room, and the friendly employees, honestly not one complaint and I’m hoping we can take the kids back someday!

We had a great time here - every single member of the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the house and its interior are simply beautiful and the surroundings are stunning anyway :) Breakfast with a view of Zugapitze is something you don‘t get everyday. And the breakfast was fantastic by the way! Thanks for a great stay, we enjoyed it so much!

Facilities were excellent, food was exquisite and the hosts were brilliant throughout. Benedicte cooked an incredible Christmas dinner making this an unforgettable stay. Their private Spa area was comfortable, quaint and luxurious all at once. While the door to door ski in-ski out experience made this an incredibly convenient location.

This review is only about the restaurant, which we wanted to go to because of the wonderful view of the mountains. We had lunch, so we were given the "daily menu." We ordered soup, a main course, and desserts. The food is tasty and nutritious, but not fancy. The desserts left the biggest impression; we can recommend the panna cotta with ice cream. Rude staff and smelly/dark room, but good location Staff was rude and room smelled bad. Good location but attitude and comfort must be improved. The view of the mountain was also not really a view (looked directly at another hotel, with only a sliver of a view) and sauna was not always available to use, so the advertising was somewhat false.

The restaurant has excellent vegan options and a beautiful mountain view for dining. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this great 4 stars S hotel during the second week of July 2025. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. This hotel is just beautiful!! Definitely recommend staying on the 4th floor with the mountain view, it's what made our stay so special. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We drove from devon and it was worth the drive. We will definitely return.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good

Booked an appartement for a week during winter. The appartment was nice, modern and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. Pool and sauna were good as well. Location is super, next to the ski school and close to the lift. Some improvements: room for ski's and room for shoes are separate and on opposite sides of the hotel. And no washing machine present. But still, 5 stars are well deserved...

The hotel itself and the rooms are nice and the facilities are good, though having the boot and ski rooms at opposite ends of the hotel is quite inconvenient. The food wasn't up to the standard it should be though it's clear that the kitchen is capable of producing excellent food.
