amazing hotel - loved it. The pool and spa area was great. stunning views from the pool and garden. The opera playing, light show sauna was a particular highlight. The food was beautiful - we went half board and we weren’t disappointed.

We found the staff as very friendly, well organized and very alert. All areas of the hotel was extremely clean. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools, solo outdoor pool was very enjoyable. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was extremely delicious. Beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend this hotel to everyone who enjoys the nature, good food and a great place to relax.

One star for the employees of this hotel. The last year i have been living in many different hotels. I have never stayed in a hotel like this where the employees like having a discussion with clients. They are giving us so much stress while we come here to relax. Arguing about the way I dress at the breakfast bar, telling my mother what she can say and cant say, complaining about smoking (twice) in the room while we absolutely hate smoking. Asking for a fee when we asked for a different room. Ridiculous. We are here with a group of 25 persons and are renting +/- 10 rooms. Customer service has been forgotten here. The view, rooms and food are very very nice though!!!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, with no faults. The evening meals are multiple courses with an abundance of choice, and the breakfasts are a lovely mixture to please everyone. The spa is wonderfully relaxing and quiet with a picturesque view of the snow capped mountains, despite being underneath the hotel. The views from the vast rooms are incredible, looking out over the Austrian peaks with skiers and boarders one side, and the sleepy village of Lermoos the other. An absolutely wonderful place in the world.

The hotel doesn’t disappoint on the visuals and the facilities! Those are stunning! The spa is complete and with everything you’d want. The view to the alps can’t get better than this.
I highly recommend the place and I’m definitely going back at some point in the future!
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some minor things that could definitely improve the overall experience.
- The bar is clearly understaffed, there was only one person there most of the day. This makes it really slow to even get a beer.
- Even though the dinner food is good, it gets a bit repetitive if you are staying multiple nights in a row (I stayed for 7 nights).
- They could include some of the buffet for kids they serve at night as part of lunch.
I highly recommend the place and I’m definitely going back at some point in the future!
