The rooms are very nicely furnished at first glance. At second glance, it was unfortunately not as clean as hoped. The dishes and kitchen utensils were not really clean. There was hair under the bed, stains on the mattress of the sofa bed and a lot more. See photos attached. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not usable because it consisted of 3 parts and one part at the foot end kept tipping over, so that 2 people really had trouble spending the night properly and restfully. Despite complaints, there was no real improvement with the sofa bed. We were offered additional blankets. The bed was then vacuumed and cleaned. Not a satisfactory solution. They were friendly, but they didn't really solve the problems. We were able to clean the dishes ourselves. We descaled the calcified kettle for 5-10 euros. On the last 2 days, the general front door did not open with the room card, so we found ourselves in front of locked doors several times. Despite being informed of this, there was no solution until the last day. We had to get into the building via the underground car park. The compensation offered was €30, which is not even 5% of the travel price. The supermarket on the ground floor is an advantage. And with it the central location in Mittelberg. But that's about it. For €200 per night, the service is not adequate. I have stayed in many hotels. In my opinion, these apartments are not 4-star. More like 3-star. The price is too high for that. We probably won't be coming back.
