Great location and excellent services. Very friendly staff. The food deserves appreciation. I advise everyone to visit it.

Super pleasant, attentive staff, excellent breakfast and the evening gala menu was a delight, but compliments to the chef and his team in the kitchen as well as to the people in service and at reception not forgetting the chambermaids, the swimming pool very pleasant after a day of skiing and a sauna at the ideal temperature to recharge well, I recommend to all foreign people to come and stay in this establishment.

Where to start….
Rooms: very cozy, well maintained. Bathroom quite small
Lobby: Also very nice. There are several cookies and drinks available for free during the day
Room service: quick, very clean!
Restaurant service: the waitress just started her job after years in the room service. She was extremely motivated to give a great service but obviously never enjoyed a training. I would rate her five stars+.
Here is the issue: kitchen is far to slow. Ot takes forever from first to second course and two out of four times, food was almost cold then.
You don’t care about long waiting times in the restaurant: go there! Location is great, it is super clean and most importantly for us: enormously quiet!

As a non-German to visit this place. I must say the hotel is very clean and very neat. The owner of the hotel is a man who is very serious about taking care of his hotel guests and making sure that the place is clean, well maintained and in good condition.
The food menu for dinner is amazing, they have a large array and different dishes served every single day. The chef is amazing. The dinner is absolutely delicious with numerous European dishes made available and with many choices for guests.
I highly recommend this place for visitors of other nationalities to visit this place.
The hotel rooms are neat, clean, cosy and very comfortable.
Although please get a native German speaker with you for those of you who do not understand or speak German (Deutsch) as many of the menu is written in German.
In addition communication will be easier with the staff with a German guide or a native German speaker.
Please understand that this area in Austria contains a large number of Non-English speakers at times. So it might help to have a guide who speaks German at least.

Very friendly staff. Rooms clean, refrigerator in the room, hygiene items, towels for sauna or pool. The food is very tasty. Dinner with four entrances. Three menus to choose from. Breakfast partly to order, partly Russian buffet. In any case, everything is enough. We will definitely be back. Nearby there are many starting points for various hikes or in the winter season for skiing.

Very nice staff. The breakfast is great, eggs that you can prepare yourself, bread, rolls, delicious cheese, various jams, muesli, fresh fruits. Perfect for us. We will definitely be back 😊

We were allowed to spend our vacation there. Despite corona restrictions, the hotel scored well with us. The hotel is getting a bit old but the hospitality and the incredible view of the mountains have convinced us. You have to mention the very good breakfast. We loved it and we will definitely be back!
