As of the moment of arrival until the last moment I did the check out an amazing experience. Not every hotel is this open and friendly to single travelers. I had a spacious room with all the amenities you could expect. The breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were always of a good standard and freshly made with a good advice for the wine. All staff was very friendly and helpfull
There are a lot of possibilities in the area to go walk, hike and I guess also skiing but I was there in the summer time. The good thing is that the bus is free and literally stops next to the hotel so you can get to all locations without having to use your car.

A nice hotel and good food based on a half pension stay. The menu varies and reflects the seasons nicely and there is a short but good wine list. A special thank you to our waiter / bar man / sommelier who seemed to run both the bar area and restaurant simultaneously, professionally, and always with good humour. However, and maybe, we were unlucky but, we found the front desk to be rather unwelcoming and mechanical which, given it is the first and last interaction during a stay, was a real pity. When we asked for anything (parking, village maps etc) we always felt we were disturbing them and finally when we paid the bill there was not even a "thank you" or "how was your stay?". Austrian hospitality is legendary and here something was missing.

I definitely recommend this beautiful well located place with gourmet food and really nice rooms with a view. The place is very quiet and the staff very helpful

Most magically memorable hotel of my entire childhood! So glad to see it continues to delight.

From the first moment of our 5 day hiking wellness family weekend it was a trip for our mind and soul.
It started with a prosecco during the checkin, the service was awesome and comfortable.
The hotel employes are kind and friendly and try to make everything possible even for families with young kids, having a dog.
The suit/room was great, the bed was heaven during the nights and the roomservice brought back the good style everyday.
But the best of the hole time was the breakfast/tea time and the dinner.
All you expect to be there at the buffet in the morning was there. For vegans they provide a nice selection of foods at every time of the day.
And for dinnertime they come up with a variaty of meals with and without meat.
And you can select from both streams of the dinnerplan.
Everything is perfect!
If we come back to kleinwalsertal again, we will go to walserhof!
And thank you all for the great and wealthy time we had in your hotel!

Very nice staff. The breakfast is great, eggs that you can prepare yourself, bread, rolls, delicious cheese, various jams, muesli, fresh fruits. Perfect for us. We will definitely be back 😊

We were allowed to spend our vacation there. Despite corona restrictions, the hotel scored well with us. The hotel is getting a bit old but the hospitality and the incredible view of the mountains have convinced us. You have to mention the very good breakfast. We loved it and we will definitely be back!
