Good: location is good for skiing! Sauna is very good. New refurbished kitchen and bathrooms 🤌🏻
Bad: Bed was super stiff, was painful to sleep on it. The pillows were so soft it got flat in like 30 seconds after putting you head on it, not really a pillow…
Also quite strange to ask for additional money for slippers and bathrobes if they advertise themselves as a 4-star resort, it should be included without saying.
We found out additional payment was required after the stay of 15 euro per person for cleaning which was quite a lot when there a group of people and we didn’t see it mentioned anywhere when booking unlike the tax that is mentioned everywhere

Aparthotel Peter.

Location is great for ski to door. Restaurants are a bit further away, but no major hassle.

While the rooms look nice, sound isolation is poor, beds and pillows uncomfortable.

Spa is ok, a bit crowded for the amount of guests.

If you travel with children and expect nice staff - go for DIFFERENT Hotel, there are many around with much nicer people!!!

We stayed at AppartHotel Peter for 4 days, and unfortunately we had extremely BAD experience with Hotel's stuff/personnel. We had rented 2 apartments (one for 3 couples and one for 2 couples, both with bathrooms for each couple, kitchen and living room. Every couple had at least one child from the age of 3 months to 2 years). During our many hotel/apartment stays across the world, this was so far one of the worst customer service experience towards guest. Much worst that a cockroaches filled hotel in the country side in Malaysia!!!

Let me give you some (really only some) exact examples
When we arrived, we had baby beds and high chair in our room. On the second day high chair was gone. after asking what happed to it on third request (next day) they told us, that they gave it to someone else as they reserved it too. we were just worried that next day they might come and take baby beds too....
two days before check-out we asked about late check in - we were told no problem. night before check out we wanted to double check if still OK and receptionist told us NO, that if we want to check out later she would have to pay extra money to the cleaner and that she will not do that, hence we had to leave our room instead of 12 as agreed at 10. you can imagine how easy it is with small children.

Both of above would not matter and we would accept them without any issues, however the way how it was done and communicated was awful!!! Our every interaction with the hotel staff was a nightmare - always grumpy, unwilling to help and answer any questions, even when we tried our nicest...

All parents travelling with children know that it's not always easy, and you expect hotel personnel to understand and be at least nice to children. This hotel was totally opposite.

This experience was very sad as the hotel was very nice and i wold love to come back, but not when the same people are still there.

they say hospitality in Austria is always good and i must say that our stay was an exception to the rule. Apparthotel Peter was an exception to this rule!

BTW, hotel had extremely slow internet. hence if you can think about alternatives (e.g. hotspotting with Austrian SIM card) do so, instead of paying 10EUR charge for not working net.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unfriendly owners. They will keep you waiting at reception for half an hour when you are trying to check in and then blame you for it. Avoid if possible and go somewhere where you find people who treat you as if you are welcome.
