We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well.

Wonderful family run hotel with lovely amenities.

We spent a week in Söll and stayed at Hotel Alpenschlössl. The service was exemplary and professional. The hotel was traditional and comfortable. The food was all high quality and delicious, we dined for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner most days and were never disappointed. The pool and spa amenities were great for adults and kids. Gave a nice relaxing way to spend end a day of outdoor activities...

I found the whole experience to be very enjoyable and relaxing as travelling as a solo person for the first time. The wellness centre was a great bonus. The food was a real treat. A great selection both for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Staff were excellent

The location of the hotel was perfect for the view and the peace and quiet! The garden was perfect for resting and getting some sun. Lots of nice places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the afternoon snack. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are maybe old fashioned but very clean and comfy. We loved it!

A hotel where you feel at home! We had no complaints. The location is wonderful, with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun and an afternoon snack. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, as is the wellness area, which invites you to relax. The food is very good and the service staff are extremely competent and friendly. Highly recommended!

Just booked this on our way more south. For a descent price a hole appartement for 2 persons. A free drink around 18:00. A bit wintersport feeling in may. For a couple of days...... Absolutely perfect

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, with very friendly and helpful staff and the whole place has such a warm feel. The theme of Christmas and winter is ideal for us, with lots of decorations and a winter wonderland for adults and children. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed and a modern clean bathroom. We had a balcony with views across the valley. The food was excellent...

The first snowflakes transformed the area around the Hotel Berghof into a winter fairytale. The rooms were warm and cozy, ideal for the cold season. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wellness area was a highlight, especially after long walks in the fresh air. A wonderful place to welcome winter!

I think the hotel earns money from the additional services; - no free WiFi, only in the lobby - beer 0.2 €5.90 / well water €2.90 (tap water) / a bottle of water €11.90... - standard room - comfort room (only view of the valley (industrial area) costs €30 extra per day / suite €50 per day - sauna is also not included. Costs €30 per person per day - ....

Our stay at the Hotel Berghof was a dream. The children loved the large playground and the daily activities, while we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the fantastic mountain views. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to listen to our requests.

It was outstanding, really...the food was extraordinary, the bed was soft and comfortable, people were kind. The price was acceptable. I will come back for sure.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, the rooms are clean, airy and well appointed. We were a family of 7 adults so we had two double rooms and a three person suite, all excellently presented with very comfortable beds. We opted for the half board option and were not disappointed, the food was excellent in terms of quality and variety, the service was also exceptional, we had the same member of staff...

The food was incredibly delicious, and the hotel is also good. We booked through Transavia, and this hotel didn't disappoint. But the best part was the food. There was a very kind woman in traditional dress. Not only was the waitress's attire traditional Austrian, but the entire menu contained everything Austria has to offer. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend eating here.

Picturesque hotel in the centre of Soll. Travelled with TUI and have been to this hotel several times . Room was bright and airy ( twin room with balcony) and well serviced each day, as we were bed and breakfast unable to comment on evening meals. We arrived to a very warm welcome. Our room was spacious and warm. The evening meals were excellent. Mrs Weinbaur and Mrs. Hagmann worked in the restaurant and we could not fault them. They were friendly and happy at all times. A very personal service, thank you. We would certainly recommend the hotel. Also a thank you to Petra, such a character, full of life and so cheerful.

We got perfect service and very loving welcoming from the lady in the restaurant. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she deserves to be remembered!! They were flexible to our celiac gluten free need and were amazing. Thank you!

We came to soll at the end of winter season only for a few days. Very delighted we found this restaurant on our first night out . Food was amazing service very friendly and knowledgeable The decor is for me how a traditional Tiroler family restaurant should look like . Perfect location right in the middle of town next to the tourist office. Great rooms spread across new and original buildings. Lovely bright and friendly staff everywhere you go. The food is very good with many local specialties and especially the breakfast with eggs, honey and yummy Goats yogurt all produced within the local villages.

My one abiding memory of this hotel is the warmth and charm of the staff. Yes the Spa is divine, of course the food is spectacular, without doubt the location is perfect. But it is always the natural personality of the staff that shines through. Incredible hotel right in the centre of town. Immaculately clean, food and service excellent, a peaceful setting with amble amenities. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will most certinaly stay there again if back in Soll.

The hotel exceeded, as before, all our expectations. Very convenient and close to the Hexenwasser lift. From the greeting at the front desk, to the restaurant, the menu, the bar, the rooms, and the spa, the location as well as the highly professional staff are at a very high level. Fantastic restaurant with meals that look like pieces of art and taste delicious. Very friendly and welcoming service in wonderful surroundings in the mountains. Lovely idyllic view on the terrace. Absolutely a recommendation when visiting the Wildenkaiser area.

My wife and I visited the day spa including breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a good selection of cheese, meats, bread, yoghurts, fruit and cooked options. The spa was clean and well equipped, the views from the heated outdoor pool were great. Overall, brilliant value for money and we would definitely visit again.

Breathtaking and such hospitality from moment we arrived. The chalet was perfect, so nicely decorated to such high standard. 20 min walk into town, great for dogs. Food in hotel was 5 star, just like the owners. Nothing to fault at all. Truly first class. Will definitely return

A very pleasant friendly hotel, ideal for skiing at Soll. Nice size rooms, very warm and a good breakfast to start you off for the day. Plenty of room in the garage below for ski and boot storage too. The number 2 ski bus picks up hourly at the hotel next door, and only takes about 5mins to the gondola. The hotel is also 5 - 10 mins walk into the town centre, where there are plenty of places to...

If you want a skiing trip on a budget, then you can't go wrong with this place. Staff were great, rooms were clean and basic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Only a short walk to town and not far from the slopes for a nice warm up walk or catch the bus just down the road. Only negative is the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely return.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, restaurants and 10 minute walk to the gondola. Breakfast was simple but tasty, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. When I had a leg injury they made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable and make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks ladies!!

Second time staying here, first stayed in 2018 but it has changed owners since we last visited. Had a room on the top floor with a balcony and lovely views of the Wilder Kaiser mountains. Great welcoming place. Rooms clean, big and comfy beds and pillows. It is basic accommodation as it's much cheaper than hotels etc so remember that. Will definitely stay here again if the deal is right. Based near fire station everything handy 5 min walk or so. Supermarket across road. can ski in (but i didn't) ski bus stops x 2 just 1 min walk.
