Nice hotel in the centre. Good facilities excellent breakfast & also a free Kufstein card to use for entry to the fortress etc. An excellent stay.

Booked two rooms for the family and was able to secure them side-by-side during busy season, large rooms, modern facilities, and amenities. value proposition was good

stayed a night before going on a trek to the Kaiser mountains. We arrived after check in hours and they left us easy instructions on how to self-check in breakfast was good, location was excellent. we even got a Kufstein card and got free castle tickets.

Hotel was fine, but not my cup of tea. There were three us in a single room, to which we paid about 50% more for the 3rd person. That said, that extra cost only included converting the sofa into a second bed. The room was ok. Not a huge fan of the open bathroom. The breakfast was also okay, I would say fairly standard spread. Very nice hotel. Best location, very friendly and professional employees. Only drawbacks, there was no view , just a concrete wall as the terrace. The steam room was cold. And only one waste basket in the room .(Bathroom)

Great property and helpful staff

The staff was very helpful, pleasant and everything at the hotel was extremely comfortable and very up to date. The sauna and fitness area was really great and the breakfast quality and service were top notch.

We really loved this hotel. Everyone was friendly and efficient and the hotel was close to the main square and the Kufstein Fortress. Perfect!

Booked the property by accident 18 hours before check in and called to ask if I could cancel. They said no. So we went anyway and found the staff unwelcoming and the room faulty in a few small areas.

Absolutely great surprise. Location might be not very good, but the hotel is amazing - clean, modern and welcoming. The restaurant and the food.....superb. Very friendly and nice staff. A place to relax.

I stayed twice at this hotel with no issues, everything exceptional. The hotel is clean, new, there is a small kitchen corner to prepare something to eat. However, for the third time I had to cancel the booking and the automatic way via link did not work (I received an error). The communication with the customer support was very difficult.

Rooms are OK, spacious bathroom too. The problem is that during our 7 day stay nobody cleaned the rooms, emptied the garbage or changed the towels. Not even the ashtrays located outside. It's not normal ! Also the wooden room walls separating the bathroom were dirty with some sort of liquids, în the upper half. Cleanliness should be paramount in these pandemic days. Guys, you could do more !

A very nice clean hotel in a very picturesque setting. The major short coming is lack of air conditioning. That’s a big issue in August. Some rooms at least have a ceiling fan. Ours didn’t.

good accommodation right next to the train station

I stayed only 2 nights. They gave me an apartment room with a fully equipped kitchen (which I didn't use). Everything was very clean, and the bathroom wasn't very large, even with the heating on. Good breakfast with a generous buffet, perfect parking, and a warm welcome upon arrival. Highly recommended.

The property is obviously dated, but it's in a very strategic location and convenient for getting around. The staff is very friendly, the room clean, and the price is reasonable.

Railway hotel with good wifi Old hotel partly renovated in ski hotel style centrally located on the ‘busy side’ of the river. Good mattresses, nice breakfast and great wifi.

Nice and cozy hotel A single overnight stay on the way to Tuscany for 5 people. Good location in relation to the highway and a small cozy town with several restaurants down to the river. Nice hotel, friendly service and nice breakfast and coffee.

Always the perfect selection of hotel choice in the heart of Kufstein. The hotel rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Gourmet experience from start to finish Fabulous Dinner at the in-house Kaminrestaurant, wonderful nights rest in the lovely modern-alpine decor room, and an amazing breakfast spread. Anything you could ask for and then some !!!

Great view of the fortress right from our room! Good service and very friendly staff. There are other hotels, but closer to the river and the louder it gets. This is a nice quiet place where you can sleep in peace while you are here.

All of the bad reviews are from before the remodel. We had dinner, a sauna and stayed the night in a recently remodeled room and absolutely loved it The details: kind staff checks you in and offers up things to do around town (awesome!). Turns out the hotel has a free sauna (amazing!). Dinner was 15 euros cheaper and twice as good as the food in Vienna (yummm). The lamps have switches in the floor...

Below Kufstein Fortress A good hotel in a historic building, just a few minutes from the train station and right in the city center. Perhaps some updating is needed. Breakfast is adequate for its category, though very varied and offering both sweet and savory options. Perhaps a little heating in the room (even though in May, the outside temperature didn't reach 10°C) would have been nice...

Pearl of Kufstein A nice and helpful hostess assisted us with all the details during check-in, making the process very easy and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and idyllic with a charming atmosphere, where the originality has been impressively preserved. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Clean but very old Overall it's ok. Excellent location, clean, I had assigned a very old room, furniture and bathroom from the 70s which makes the stay less pleasant. However, it's for just one night could be ok. A bit hot during the night but I kept the windows open to chill down the room. Basic breakfast but ok.

Hotel full of history Next to Inn’s River Last year same time (Oktoberfest) we tried to book this hotel, was fully booked. We come again this year and book 2 months ahead… we got it. The hotel located below the castle and next to Inn’s review. All their hotel room are named after cities of the world. Love the bed. Hotel room clean. Do take note that rooms that facing the street/city is a bit noisy...

Cute hotel in the center of the old town, with a cool room design. Unfortunately, the bathroom, especially the shower, was tiny, and there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was quite good, with a large selection of mountain cheeses.

What a lovely little hotel- the service was great, breakfast was fantastic, and the location is ideal. I love how each room has a different theme (mine was London).

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very beautiful spacious room. Bathroom is open concept with see through glass door. We wonder if people from opposite buildings can see us showering 😂 Otherwise, it is a great hotel with a very good restaurant for dinner and the fortress is within walkable distance.
