This hotel could be called the Atour of Europe! Great location, stylish design, clean and comfortable. Most importantly, there's ice water right at the entrance—anyone who's traveled in Europe knows how valuable that is! Free access to drinking water is a rare treat.

I guess we arrived too late, the guy at the front desk was too lazy to pay attention to us and arranged a disabled room? But it is really big, with a super large balcony and complete facilities. It is barely good.

Ibis is a good choice for hotels when traveling abroad; the price, service, and environment are all good. It's not far from Klagenfurt train station; you can take a bus or walk there.

Ok for a night The rooms are a lot smaller than they show on the pictures, the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable, be prepared during busy times to wait for the one elevator they have.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes. Lake Wörthersee, about 15 kilometers away, is beautiful with crystal-clear water.

Now our favorite spot in Klagenfurt! We're already looking forward to the next time (especially from March 1st, 2026 onwards with the WestBahn 😊). It was a real treat...

I've visited this hotel several times. The welcome was excellent, as were the spa and pool. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was my limited knowledge of Italian.

The Resort is an excellent choice if you would like to experience the See, move and be in the nature, while explore the beauriful Klagenfurt and enjoy the hospitality of the hotel.

This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location (a few minutes’ walking distance to the lake and Minimundus, ideal for driving along the lake or heading south to the Karawankentunnel and Slovenia) with great facilities. Driving is not recommended if you don't have a car, although it's very close to the lake and the miniature world. The lack of tea and coffee service inside, even in the lobby, was quite disappointing. The swimming pool was nice, but the sauna was so-so.

The hotel is located directly off the highway, ideal for business trips, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean, a bit noisy on the street side with the window open, the breakfast is very extensive, the sauna is nice, the lounge area could be a bit bigger

Ok overnight in Klagenfurt Ok quick overnight, relatively handy for the railway station but a bit of a way out of town.

We got locked out of our room on the first night, after going out for dinner. As the reception shuts at 8pm, we rung the emergency number on the card, which went to voice mail. We left two messages, to date no one has returned our call, and so we slept on the sofas in the reception! No apology, and after persistence, I got my money back for the night. The hotel needs to review its out of hours procedure...

Nothing fancy but convenient and close to the station

Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there.

This is a nice 3 star hotel. It is right across from the University and a short walk to the Worthersee. So, if that is the purpose of your visit, you can't do much better. Getting there was pretty easy. It is a ten or so minute walk to the Klagenfurt West Bahnhof. There is a bus stop across the street and another one about a 5 minute walk. I always used the later stop and it went directly to the city...

There are some free-of-charge white-striped parking slots in the neighborhood. Avoid "Privat". The two-floor big terrace is open just for breakfasts 7:00 - 10:00. Air conditioning and vending machines are available in the hall. On the last floor you may reach with the elevator there are two open air small terraces.

No air conditioning, no minibar in rooms, and only a tiny parking with "bookings" not advertised beforehand (which became a real problem). Otherwise, the rooms are fine.

Very confortable rooms. There are a lot of kitchens available for any guests that prefer to prepare their own meals

We stayed for three nights. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, it's positioned outside the city centre but near the lake and some klagenfurt's attractions. The room was big and cozy. The continental breakfast was very good and plentiful!

Fairly cheap, decent room, standard hotel breakfast included, decent WiFi included, short distance from Seepark Hotel where my friends were staying, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing extravagant or luxurious by hotel standards. It lives up to its name, providing all you need, at a reasonable price, but not much in excess of necessity. It was exactly as I expected, would gladly stay here again.

sleeping in comes at a premium! An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. The hotel is very comfortable for a trip to the lake and surounding area as also to visit Klagenfurt. The room we got was good size and we had also a large balcony that was very appriciated. Parking place is available for free and a good starting point for excursions. Bus station is in front of the hotelso it was easy to use public transport to go to the city and avoid traffic. Very beautifully located typical Austrian hotel with a great money-for-service/experience ratio! Everything was very good and we will definitely stay there again should we be in the Klagenfurt area. A nice Hotel with friendly staff. The room was appropriate for the price, unfortunately the bathroom was very small. In addition, there was in the bathroom cracks between the floor and the wall and the floor creaked, and creaked even when Entering. They don't know whether it breaks through or not. :-D The possibility to use the bathhouse was also very great! Pedal boats and other water fun Equipment...

We organised an Erasmus mobility and our students stayed at this hotel. We were very happy with the accommodation and the staff also the half-board was also adapted so that our students had breakfast and dinner for every day of the week. Overall, the students and teachers reported a very positive experience, we will come again.

Stayed for one night whilst travelling around Austria. It is decent sized hotel with a good restaurant. We ate in the hotel and had a very enjoyable meal. Our room was very spacious but beds had seen better days and pillow was ridiculously soft. Breakfast was also very disorganised with the buffet not being adequately replenished and table not laid properly.

The location of the hotel was nice, with calm and quiet surrounding. The room did not have a ventilation system, and the breakfast was mediocre. Wish the staff were more friendlier and welcoming. My personal oponion is that the room was overpriced considering the level of service.

Excellent hospitality, nice staff. The hotel is impressive, full of Sissy (Elisabeth) and Ferenc Jozef memories and Klimt relics. Every corner, table, wall, display case is full of amazing relics. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet in the evening, although a little cool (in the middle of December). I really liked this little gem of a hotel with classic and comfortable rooms and intriguing hallways with old fashioned ornaments. The moment you enter is as if you are in a time capsule. Service is friendly. There is a filled fridge near the reception in case you get thirsty at night.

What can I say: the beds are good (but short), bathroom was as good as new (but hard to get into and with a slightly sloping floor) and breakfast was adequate. The decor looks like it hasn't changed since the 50s or 60s. The corridors look like an antiques store. Not bad, but weird.

Typical old fashioned, small inner-city European hotel in an old building. Rooms are clean, and everything is in good repair (even if older).

Booked short term due to lack of transportation on my side. If you bring heavy luggage like I did (2 x 70 lbs, carry on bag) this hotel might not be the best option as it doesn’t have a lift and I had to carry it upstairs three levels (I just didn’t expect to work out at midnight🙂). We had a very late arrival and the staff was gone for the evening. They were very kind to give us a code to enter the front door and also to our room.

Perfectly fine hotel. No restaurant and Reception and door closes at 8pm. I did not see any other female guests. Fair value, basic breakfast.

Room on the 3rd floor, no elevator

It was adequate for an overnight stay... Breakfast offered a limited selection at times, and the rolls were baked straight from the freezer. The friendliness of the owner and a staff member in the lobby was a definite plus. The proximity to the city center is excellent, but unfortunately, it also means some traffic noise at night. We were a couple in our sixties who stayed there for four days to relax

Nice people, nice room with mini bridge ubcluded, good brakfast and tasty coffee. Th3 room was celan and a big bed.
