I‘m rather disappointed, because I like a clean room (floor, carpets, window, bed) and I don’t like my plastic bottles taken away by the staff before I put them in a bin myself. Consider this, if you can relate.
My window was to the east overlooking the main station (audible of course), so I got greeted by the morning sun almost daily - nice.

Convenient for the Karnten exhibition centre, 10 minutes from city centre. Attractive rooms, viewing terrace has great views. Nice breakfast (lots of cold meats as well as sausage bacon and eggs).

Only caveat is that use of the Elevator is compulsory for check in at least as stair access requires a pass (didn't check if room key would allow access) as hotel is top 2 floors of an office building.

The hotel rooms smelled of smoke and were extremely hot. Windows can be opened, but then the smoke and the loud people float into your room. The hotel is placed on the third and fourth floor of a building with a small elevator that fits two people with both of their suitcases. No employee attendant from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Rooms are greatly impacted by loud people. The beds are soft, but the pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. The showers and sinks take a long time to get warm water to take a shower. Breakfast is beautiful, but many things are not available after 7 am with large groups of people. The hotel is a short walk to the train which may be the best thing only.

We got locked out of our room on the first night, after going out for dinner. As the reception shuts at 8pm, we rung the emergency number on the card, which went to voice mail. We left two messages, to date no one has returned our call, and so we slept on the sofas in the reception! No apology, and after persistence, I got my money back for the night. The hotel needs to review its out of hours procedure. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast good. However I would question whether its really a 4 star venue.

Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there.
