I left my card in my room, locked myself out and had to spend a night on a couch by the reception till 6am. I've been around and it never happened in any hotel, even in Peru.
That is not a 3-star facility. That's a Airbnb standard...
Rooms are decent, small and without AC. From 7am there is loud noise from the restaurant just under the room windows to wake you up, apparently.
Breakfast is mildly ok, staff is friendly, when they are there...
From the kitchen we would have expected more.
The service staff was quite unmotivated, arrogant, and unqualified.
