Booked short term due to lack of transportation on my side. If you bring heavy luggage like I did (2 x 70 lbs, carry on bag) this hotel might not be the best option as it doesn’t have a lift and I had to carry it upstairs three levels (I just didn’t expect to work out at midnight🙂).
Late arrivals (like I did) after the reception closes (10 PM) is no problem at all. They initiated and ensured I know how to have access and where my room would be.

We had a very late arrival and the staff was gone for the evening. They were very kind to give us a code to enter the front door and also to our room.

It was adequate for an overnight stay... Breakfast offered a limited selection at times, and the rolls were baked straight from the freezer. The friendliness of the owner and a staff member in the lobby was a definite plus.
The proximity to the city center is excellent, but unfortunately, it also means some traffic noise at night. We were a couple in our sixties who stayed there for four days to relax.

Items disappeared from locked rooms, including private keys, perfume, and a razor from the toiletry bag! No response despite multiple calls. Very unfriendly staff, including the manager. I would never book or recommend this hotel again.

Nice people, nice room with mini bridge ubcluded, good brakfast and tasty coffee. Th3 room was celan and a big bed.

I stay here 2 times,the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a free park area. The hotel is located near the center of klagenfurt.
