The rooms on the first and second floors do not have air conditioning, and the heat is extremely intense. I couldn’t sleep. When I opened the window, the street noise was very loud. There is no power outlet near the bed and no coffee capsules in the room. There is no elevator. I was not happy and did not feel comfortable during my stay with them

Booked short term due to lack of transportation on my side. If you bring heavy luggage like I did (2 x 70 lbs, carry on bag) this hotel might not be the best option as it doesn’t have a lift and I had to carry it upstairs three levels (I just didn’t expect to work out at midnight🙂).
Late arrivals (like I did) after the reception closes (10 PM) is no problem at all. They initiated and ensured I know how to have access and where my room would be.

The best hotel in carinthia I’ve been to yet. The rooms the service and the breakfast are amazing. The location is wonderful since everything is within walking distance.

We had a very late arrival and the staff was gone for the evening. They were very kind to give us a code to enter the front door and also to our room.

Perfectly fine hotel. No restaurant and
Reception and door closes at 8pm. I did not see any other female guests. Fair value, basic breakfast.

Room on the 3rd floor, no elevator

It was adequate for an overnight stay... Breakfast offered a limited selection at times, and the rolls were baked straight from the freezer. The friendliness of the owner and a staff member in the lobby was a definite plus.
The proximity to the city center is excellent, but unfortunately, it also means some traffic noise at night. We were a couple in our sixties who stayed there for four days to relax.

Items disappeared from locked rooms, including private keys, perfume, and a razor from the toiletry bag! No response despite multiple calls. Very unfriendly staff, including the manager. I would never book or recommend this hotel again.

Very noisy until 2am, blind did not work worst nights sleep I can remember. Receptionist very friendly and helpful otherwise I would have given it a zero.
