Boutique Hotel Goldenes Lamm in Villach

Friendly staff. Location - in the very center of the city, also close to the train station, which was great for me. Incredible breakfast with a lot of delicious dishes and quality products. The machine for making Turkish coffee was a nice surprise, wow!☕ The room was clean, the bed - a good size for one person, and also comfortable! The bathroom - fully equipped with everything you need. There was a kettle in the room and everything to make tea and coffee.

From the moments that would have made my stay more comfortable. It's a small refrigerator. I saw that the hotel replied to previous guests that they do not add it to the rooms because of environmental reasons, but it seems to me that such a refrigerator can be kept turned off while there are no guests there, and guests after check-in, if they need it, will turn it on, I don't know... In any case, I do not perceive a refrigerator with a snack bar near the reception as a full-fledged alternative, and it's not convenient at all (especially, considering the price of a stay).
Also the interior of the hotel is a bit old, and a cosmetic repair wound definitely not be superfluous.

Despite these moments, anyway I can recommend this hotel, just shared my thoughts what could be improved 🙂

the hotel is located in the center of Villach. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. everyone from the staff is kind,from housekeeping, receptionist and restaurant department. The food is delicious. Would recomend it to everyone. we will defenetly come back :)

Excellent hotel in the very center of Villach. We come regularly, and every time we are more then satisfied with the service.
The rooms are clean, spacious, charmingly decorated, and the breakfast is fresh and varied. We will keep coming.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre. Staff very kind and friendly. Delicious breakfast. Downstairs is a restaurant with delicious tasty meals. We came by bikes and there is a place to hide them. Well done!

I have never experienced such great service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help with questions and any needs. For that alone there are 5/5 stars because it was exceptionally good. The food is also very tasty! Freshly made and everyone loved it. It's also clean and tidy. Great restaurant!

Very good cafe-restaurant! Just stayed here with my wife and son. Luckily, we found a cozy place in the open air, you were warmly welcomed, the service is extremely friendly and charming, as well as very hardworking and tidy. The waiting time for drinks and ice cream was very short, the drinks/beer were good and cold, the beer was clean. The ice cream tasted great and our son loved it. The price is higher than in the framework - if you are used to Viennese conditions, you can say about cheap. All in all, and gladly again at any time!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of September. The staff is incredibly attentive, very friendly and dedicated! The rooms were very clean and an absolute plus for women with long hair; hair dryer is not a cheap item like in some other hotels. The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired and there is something for everyone (even a huge selection of gluten free products). Villach is beautiful and cozy and we will definitely visit it again. We will no longer be changing the hotel. We stay in the golden lamb! Top, five stars absolutely deserved, I would give more, I would do it!
