Simply amazing! My wife and I are currently guests at the hotel and we absolutely love it! The whole team is so friendly and hardworking! From reception, maintenance staff, cleaning staff to the housekeeper - everyone is so hardworking and friendly. On the second day, you are greeted by name and everyone has a friendly smile, which is visible even under FFP2/MNS :) The rooms, like the rest of the hotel, are beautiful and clean. There is a great selection for breakfast and nothing is missing! For us, afternoon tea is a healthy meal with great dishes. Dinner is amazing, great menu selection and great taste! The thermal baths are also a dream and we feel very comfortable! A big THANK YOU to the entire hotel staff! Two small criticisms: The mattresses are very hard ;) It's a shame that the air conditioning in the room doesn't cool at night, but has a rather high setting. But this is *groan* top notch. The hotel is in a large and beautiful park, perfect for quiet walks and contemplation. Well appointed room and restaurant. Directly connected to the spa and pools. The pool areas were well maintained and very clean. Modern and spacious hamam was a great experience. The scrub and massage was pleasant but a less hasty approach would have made it even more enjoyable. There were abundant choices of good quality food for breakfast, as well as in the self-service restaurant at the pool area. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

Not recommended for those requiring gluten-free food. Thankfully, I brought my own gluten-free bread for breakfast. No allergens were listed anywhere; this blatant disregard for hygiene was unacceptable – from reception to the bar staff. Coffee and other drinks were only available if a staff member happened to stop by.

...Very, very bad... the receptionists didn't speak Italian, and my dad didn't understand very well, so much so that when they said "fifteen," he replied, "twelve?" ...we'll never go back!!! In any case, the hotel and the spa are very beautiful and well-kept, and the slides are also very fun... ...the only flaw with the slides is that you can't go down with my brother alone, and the lifeguard kept yelling in German... ...for having paid 1000 euros, I'd like to do whatever I want...

I stayed at the Thermenhotel Karawankenhof looking for a relaxing weekend on my own, but it fell short of my expectations. The room was clean and convenient, with direct access to the spa, but the service wasn't up to par with a lavishly priced four-star hotel. The shower was a sheet in the middle of the bathroom, and the shower head couldn't be adjusted to a standing height. It was a room for disabled guests, and I really appreciate a hotel offering amenities to accommodate everyone, but this was a bit of a hassle for me, as I didn't need these services and a standard room would have been sufficient, and more appreciated. I reported this to reception, but I received neither a check, a room change, a discount, nor any form of attention to my request. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant didn't have my reservation for two out of three days, even though I'd booked full board. Only at the last breakfast did the placeholder with my name appear. Access to the fitness program was free... too bad there were no activities scheduled for that weekend. Small things, nothing major, but the attention you'd expect from a renowned 4-star hotel. I didn't feel taken care of or pampered at all, as I should in such a property. I paid way too much for the service provided. I cancelled a reservation I'd already made for December, and I won't be staying there again.

Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

The hotel connected to the pool facilities are fantastic. Patrick in the restaurant was extremely professional. Unfortunately the food is unmemorable but we are in Austria where the kitchen has allot to learn. Saturday dessert buffet great! The connecting rooms for parents and kids is extremely convenient. Cleaning was carried out throughly. WiFi okay. Quick check in and check out which is always perfect
