Capuchino machine didn't work. There weren't eggs ready to eat, you have to order 20 min in advance. No amenities in the bathroom (shower cap, cotton pads, etc) . Elevator didn't work. In general OK

Rastaurant was good, except in the morning when they started to clean breakfast bit early and took my piece of cake while I was still eating it..

Lovely lunch with large portions and friendly service. Also coffee is excellent. Definitely a recommendation from me!

I stayed at Hotel Schloss/Baden to join my cousin's wedding. It's too far from city center, but the retro style of hotel and the rose garden are enough to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the best part of the hotel is toilets! They have floor heating. You can choose to stay if you need a romantic or relaxable holiday.

Very beautiful conservated castle turned into a hotel. There is a annexed spa with saunas, pool and massages. Very beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious and room is comfortable and cozy. We loved it! :)

My husband and I came to enjoy Christmas with our family in Baden. We stayed at this charming hotel, where the staff were lovely and always smiling. The room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view . The breakfast was delicious and the common areas were reminiscent of both local and Austrian culture. We will definitely be back. What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic hotel for a stay in Baden. The location is close to many walking paths in the Vienna Forest, the casino (if you are up for that), Baden downtown, and much more. The breakfasts were fantastic and I found it the perfect place for a nightcap and snack before bedtime. The staff is wonderful- helpful and thoughtful. I loved At the Park! Highly recommend it.

I have been there with my family some years ago. The hotel is comfortable, but our room was furnished with old components. Nevertheless we enjoyed our sojourn. Just outside there is a magnificent park with plenty of roses.
