Room was perfect, the location is a little bit away from the main city but with good public transport. Just 2 negatives during our visit: 1. There was no hot water available for a day due to some repair work. 2. The cleaner just barged into the room with her key even before the check-out time.

The location is a bit far from the city, but quite accessible using the straßebahn within 20 minutes or so. The rooms were quite clean and the staff were so friendly. Electronic check-in and check-out makes the job a lot easier. The breakfast is very good and reasonable.

We spent here a long wekeend and I was amazed :) If you consider this hotel to be “far” from the city center - do not judge based on the location. The hotel provides a fantastic service - Shuttle bus!

As a Romanian, I might say that the location is very similar to what the Transylvanian Germand used to live like. so if you look after a sort of vintage style, it is perfect. we liked the hotel and the restaurant as well. the breakfast is full of everything you need( from the pictures we thought it doesnt have variety, but it does!👍)

Nice old restaurant. Food is heavy and good. Price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. In summer you can sit outdoors. Indoors the smoker and non smoker area is separated with a large open door witch reduces the separation to absurdity but hey, Austrian laws. ;)

Stayed a couple of nights, room was quiet and clean. Good sized TV and plenty of power outlets. Breakfast was ok for this standard of hotel but quite limited and expensive evening meal options. Would suggest that if you want a good evening meal take a 10 minutes walk down to Strasser braeu.

Best internet in this hotel. Room is clean and nice. Maybe you can add more guard in the receptionist area since outside people may enter the hotel area too. Breakfast buffet is also clean and quite delicious. Add bathtub for perfection :) I surely recommend to my friends about this hotel.

Its a decent hotel and at a decent price, probably one of the cheapest in the area. The rooms are big, quite comfortable beds, commendable service. There is luggage keeping service also at the reception. Overall, we had an amazing stay here. They have parking space as well next to the building.

I stayed 3 nights in Star Inn, and everything was ok. The room was very clean and warm. The price of the breakfast is very good because you have a lot of choices.The station of the metro near the hotel is a plus.

It is decent place to stay, but with very poor quality of rooms. For that price I would expect something on higher level. But the breakfast was tasty and the hotel staff very friendly. Also the location is not so good, it's really far from the city center. What's more price for the parking lot is enormously high.

Good hotel, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars. The shower is the worst part of the room because it's not well covered and you should lost about 2 minutes for setting the water to the right temperature. The WiFi is free, but you have to sign in every 24 hours and if you disconnect from it when you reconnect to it you have to sign in once again

They have very kind and helpful personnel! They mention all details when you ask questions. The hotel is clean, silent and at a good location. I enjoyed the breakfast! You can feel like you are at home if you especially visit the city for the first time.

For such a low price this hotel is even better than you can dream! Big bathroom, many towels, wi-fi, excellent restaurant nearby etc. There is SPAR supermarket in few minutes. Tram and subway line stations are also close enough. I strongly recommended this hotel for tourists. Copies of Gustav Klimt paintings everywhere are also very nice.

Everything was nice except 2 things : the bed was not one double but 2 single, and when you travel with wife it is really frustrating; the bed make a lot of noise, even if you sit on it. Everything else look pretty nice. Hope they will fix.

Stayed here for 2 days with my wife. It's location is at stones throw distance from metro/tram/ train station. Rooms are big. Breakfast is elaborate. The rooms (Standard ones) are very pretty and spacious, and the price is unbeatable. The parking spot is useful, especially being in the middle of a very trafficked road.
