Room I stayed in was very spacious, bed was comfortable. The staff in the hotel very kind. The location is also nice as it is in a quiet place and close to a forest. I am giving 4 stars because in my opinion the breakfasts could be better , mire fresh vegetables, maybe the coffee machine should be cleaned as well? if I compare them with other hotels of the same standard, I have to say that I stayed in better four star hotels.

Wonderful place. Beautiful surroundings, great staff and amazing room. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options.

Animal-friendly. Bright, spacious room. Everything you need is there. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Beautiful courtyard with a park. Excellent swimming pool and sauna.

We stayed at Seminar- und Eventhotel Krainerhütte with the family. The location is beautiful and surrounded by nature, but unfortunately our stay was not as comfortable as we hoped. There were some maintenance issues — a short circuit in the bathroom light left us in the dark, and the shower hose was too short. The bed was not very comfortable, and the room felt too warm. The access to the room required climbing stairs, which wasn’t very convenient. The staff seemed a bit tired and not very attentive. With some improvements, this place could be much better. Forgat to mention - a great gym and Sauna and swiming pool!

Rooms don't look like a 4 star hotel, furniture a litle bit old. You don't have a botle of water, you dont't have coffe or slippers or bathrobe.

It is a wedding and event hotel. Therefore, lf you are planning to have a relaxing time, this hotel is not for you. There is shouting of drank people and high volume of music until 4 am . Also, the food is bad. They offer more or less same food every evening. Not suggested at all.

The hotel has a lot of facilities for seminars and large groups. It has a modern look and everything seems to be working fine. The pool is really nice as it’s the sauna, although the spa area is rather small. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean with a very large bathroom. The only inconvenience is the location very close to the road. Although this is not extremely busy, you can hear the more or less constant traffic if you get a room facing that side. All in all a satisfactory experience.
