Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to pay a €10 deposit at reception to get one. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay.

The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Killer Hotel, life’s to short not to spend at least one night, Peace

Nice hotel and our room was facing the mountains and that was really nice, but in general it was more a ski hotel that needed a touch and a smile. The morning buffet was okay but with a little attention it would have been great. We where passing through and felt something was missing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I did find the tub/shower combination a little challenging at first but once I figured it out I didn't end up with a puddle on the floor.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our initial experience was less than ideal: we were being accommodated in their older building, on the first floor just above the restaurant where the DJ, music, and loud guests guaranteed a good level of noise until 11:45pm the first night. Stayed in February 2026, loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel staff were so friendly it was like coming home to a warm family. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way and made our first trip to Austria a joy. I would happily stay here again. They were very accommodating to English speakers and skiers. Great place to stay and you feel welcome right from the start. Owner is passionate star gazer and hotel has great pictures of stars and comets taken around Innsbruck. Easy commute free of charge to city Centre with guest card. Hotel has Finnish sauna that you can reserve. Very good breakfast with canned fruit from owner’s own garden.

A family-run Austria Classic Hotel Heiligkreuz in Hall in Tirol, although not the modern one, is absolutely appropriate in case if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet facility with a beautiful view over nearby mountains. Lovely Stay Just Outside of Innsbruck Warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy bus service to Innsbruck with the guest card. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in old town to explore. Overall, a lovely experience!

Very comfortable and cozy rooms with great views. The breakfast was amazing, especially with the homemade items from their garden! Very friendly staff too. Hall in Tirol is a really cool town -- much less crowded than Innsbruck but with scenic streets and churches.
