Will stay here again. Free parking and also big market next door

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to pay a €10 deposit at reception to get one. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay.

Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee

The check-in time is incredibly tight.
Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m.
I called the security guard and told him, but he refused.
Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

The hotel and location were quite nice! It's only few minutes away from the city and the Swarovski World

There is an underground garage for a fee. The breakfast is OK. It is a 10-minute drive from Innsbruck. Overall it is good and the price is cheap.

Stayed at Hwest Hotel — clean rooms and convenient with a grocery store downstairs, but sadly, that’s where the perks end. It’s far from the city, with the bus and train station a tiring 8–10 min walk away. Lost my earphones here too, and unfortunately, they were never found. The place felt pretty boring overall, and breakfast was just average. Wouldn’t really stay again unless I had no choice.
