Very nice stay only a short walk from Innsbruck airport. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Rooms are modern and clean, staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Nice breakfast. The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

Restaurant Goldener Adler in Innsbruck is a great place to eat. The food is delicious, especially the Viennese schnitzel, which is very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Good hotel. Offers everything you need and the staff are helpful. The city center is within walking distance. The train/bus station is around the corner for other destinations.

Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

We travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel.  Proximity to train station was good.  Views from the rooms were the  highlight.  Staff were also very patient and friendly.  All in all - a 10/10 experience for us.  Will highly recommend.

We are a group of friends and couples staying in this hotel. We had a great view corner room during our stay and all other friends have great Mountain View as well from their room. Everyone was surprised by the view and we ended up staying in for dinner instead of going out.

Excellent hotel! The rooftop bar at night is a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the distant ski jump and the city's night skyline. You can even spot planes flying overhead from time to time.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to pay a €10 deposit at reception to get one. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay.

The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

It was a warm stay for the evening. Staff very friendly and breakfast was quite impressive. The bell tower and lack of water pressure in the shower head were frustrating though. Wished I had know about the tower, but that is own failure

I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon.

Hotel staff members are inattentive at best. The room was “ready” yet the heat was turned off in Austria in January. The bathroom items were all depleted. The handsome guy at the front desk provided professional service. Except for the parking problem, which required parking at the opposite mall, everything was good. Especially the fruits in the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety. The room was small and exquisite, and was sufficient. The service was really the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany.

Good service and recommendations from the staff

This hotel is about 3-4 bus stops away from the Innsbruck Bahnhof. The view from the room is fantastic, absolutely enjoyed it! The toilet is big and with bath tub. Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings). They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

Nice view of mountain from window. The rooms are a bit dated and the toilet drainage is very slow when showering causing water "flooding". It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints.

Hotel is within walking distance from train station. Room heater is working well. Shower heater is unstable with fluctuating water temperature. Room soundproofing can be better as noises from the road outside can be heard.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

We were just there for the night, the accommodations were really nice. We arrived late so ate at the hotel restaurant. The schniztel and spätzle were great. Breakfast was okay, usual European breakfast fare- cheese, meats, bread, jams, yogurt, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and it was quiet. Wonderful room with beds for everyone for our family trip. Room and staff were excellent for our one night stay in Innsbruck. Free parking and good location and 15 min walk into town. Included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely have liked to stay longer in Innsbruck and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

It is a good hotel for family trips, but the location is a bit disappointing, although it is not far from the maid. The staff was friendly and nice. The parking lot was a bit small, but there was no problem parking. The room was a bit nice, but it was enough for a family of four to stay.

This was a perfect room. My stay was tranquil and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the sauna. I did not want to leave.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

HOTEL WELL LOCATED in a village near Innsbruk but mediocre catering; No variety of appetizers and identical desserts for 5 days. Hot dishes more or less correct but overall canteen-type quality. Apparently the hotel operates mainly with groups. That's how I stayed there. Some places need to be renovated. One participant came back covered in bedbug bites.
