The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

Restaurant Goldener Adler in Innsbruck is a great place to eat. The food is delicious, especially the Viennese schnitzel, which is very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Good hotel. Offers everything you need and the staff are helpful. The city center is within walking distance. The train/bus station is around the corner for other destinations.

Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

This hotel is about 3-4 bus stops away from the Innsbruck Bahnhof. The view from the room is fantastic, absolutely enjoyed it! The toilet is big and with bath tub. Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings). They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

Nice view of mountain from window. The rooms are a bit dated and the toilet drainage is very slow when showering causing water "flooding". It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

We travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel.  Proximity to train station was good.  Views from the rooms were the  highlight.  Staff were also very patient and friendly.  All in all - a 10/10 experience for us.  Will highly recommend.

We are a group of friends and couples staying in this hotel. We had a great view corner room during our stay and all other friends have great Mountain View as well from their room. Everyone was surprised by the view and we ended up staying in for dinner instead of going out.

Excellent hotel! The rooftop bar at night is a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the distant ski jump and the city's night skyline. You can even spot planes flying overhead from time to time.

The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

It was a warm stay for the evening. Staff very friendly and breakfast was quite impressive. The bell tower and lack of water pressure in the shower head were frustrating though. Wished I had know about the tower, but that is own failure

I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon.

The interior design of the room is very comfortable and the space is sufficient. The only thing is that the vending machine attached to the hotel is broken and there is no notice. The soundproofing of the room is also not good enough.
