I don't recommend this hotel, Rude staff in the reception and talking in a very bad way.
I canceled my booking in the reception dest before entering the property and I paid the cancelation fees.
Very bad experience and not recommended at all....

Rude staff (who couldn't speak a word of english nor russian. Gabala isn't supposed to be a touristy town?) on arrival who tried to rip me off of 2 manats, not about the money it's about the idea of ripping off a customer in a HOTEL!
I paid extra for breakfast, asked on the morning where was it, another receptionist this time said "no breakfast" and gave me back my money. I think I've never seen such a bad service, even in some homestay in villages it's 100 times better.
Don't run a hotel is you don't know what "customer service" is!
