Medical wellness, hotel service, cleanliness, food and beverage were all good. From Baku to Gabala takes four hours. The road was terrible. Airport shuttle was good (except some facilities like table ) and the driver was very kind like all the other employees.

Absolutely amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. Picturesque Gabala welcomed me with its magnificent nature. Although the diet is pretty tough, I got used to it in 2 days. During the day I was so busy with the treatments, that I couldn't really get starving. Thank you for the greatest service!

Very good and effective spa hotel, relaxing atmosphere, confident and polite staff. The territory is quite developed and motivate for relaxing . The food is two type , tasty and various. Spa procedures are mazy and under control if doctors and support personal . Thanks to all team !

The ventilation of the garage in the basement is not autonomous, but is connected to the general ventilation of the hotel. Therefore, car exhaust gases enter the guest bedrooms and not only smell, but stink strongly. From a technical point of view, the hotel is a classic "gas chamber" in a lightweight version. A healthy person will not be killed, but rather poisoned. But if a sick old man falls asleep...

Thermal is not 3-4 years ago, they don't give toothpaste at all, they don't offer anything. 2 bottles of water are placed in the room with 250 mg additives if you don't want it, one small soap for 4 people, toothbrush and toothpaste are finished, they said in the lobby))

Good place to stay but far away from everything like attractions and city, the staff somehow nice, the hotel restaurant is expensive and not worth it, they have lack of amenities in the rooms

Excellent resort hotel, it is at a wonderful location, fully equipped, luxurious and comfortable and it is a city in a city as you don't need to go outside for anything, you will find everything inside it. The breakfast buffet is worth never missing.

rooms are 4star but setvice is mediocre at best. Room temperature is not regulated and extremly hot inside. shower are getting old

Just the ok hotel. The staff doesn't understand English much. For one night it was good . Huge property. Food is just ok But pricing is good For kids activities we were asked to pay . That was weird.

It was second time that we went to Qafqaz Tufandag hotel, this time our expectation weren't that much nice. First time we went there in 2020 and that time it was super, breakfast also was very tasty but this time we experienced something else, we went to sauna there are a lots of tubs need to be repaired, our rooms shower also to.... So we were disappointed.....a big request from management please...

The room was very big, along with great view from the shared balcony. The AC is not working easily, and we couldn't lock the door to the balcony, neither the main room door. The service is really great and people were very pleasant to us.

It’s is beautiful; and clean. But service was very bad especially during night/evening. For example we arrived in the evening and we ordered baby cot so many times, and it didn’t come until very late after midnight. In general the service was bad. Also the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Doesn’t deserve 5 star rating.

The building is a fortress of stone, featuring a massive, breathtaking central courtyard. Walking through the arched stone corridors at night, lit by dim lamps, is incredibly atmospheric. Its winter when i went there so, the outside rooms are super chilly. The food in their restaurant and the service is superb.

A fantastic choice in Gabala! From the moment I arrived, I loved the welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly attentive and provide fast assistance whenever needed. A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The manager, Mr. Mohamed, is a true gentleman. He went above and beyond to take care of us, especially being considerate of my pregnancy, which made our stay very comfortable. His kindness and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated.

Nice property rooms are clean and spacious, they got fitness center, pool (warm water), sauna, steam, spa etc. staffs are good and friendly. Lobby is good. Breakfast food options are very less.

I stayed there for two days in the last week of November. The rooms are good and well maintained; you get a seat out in front of every room on the common corridor that encircles the interior courtyards of the hotel. Staff were helping. Food served were good. For those who are interested in architecture and construction, I feel the elevation quite unique. It has a huge backyard too with swimming pool...

The hotel is located about 7-8 kilometers away from the city. There is a gas station at the turn of the main road, which is quite convenient. For this price, it is quite worth it, and it also includes breakfast for two. As a family hotel, the overall hygiene conditions are still good. If you don't want to live in the main city because of the high prices, this is a good choice to drive here.

Go for it Very good option near Gabala, if you have a car. Nice room, bed, shower, inner pool and sauna for free. Only downside was the staff member who welcomed us, as he tried to charge us extra for the room we had booked. But the rest of the staff was excellent.

The hotel is situated 2 km from the lake. The area around the lake is beautiful. There are a couple of resteraunts within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The staff were very good and helpful. I only had two issues with the hotel, the first one being that it is a 10 to 15 drive from the city of Gabala so getting a Bolt/taxi usually takes a while. The other issue was that sound went right through the walls...

A wonderful place for a family vacation. My wife and I were there with two children and a grandmother. Everyone liked it. New hotel, clean rooms and territory. Great sauna, outdoor and indoor pools. Quiet! As far as I understand, only families are accommodated.

We liked everything about the hotel!!! Starting from the exterior, beautiful garden, swimming pools, sauna!!! Polite staff, ready to do everything possible to make guests feel comfortable staying in this hotel. We had a 2-room suite. Very cozy, modern design, clean!! Delicious breakfast!! Many thanks to the owner of the hotel and the staff for their advice and our pleasant stay!!!

Stayed here a few times off season due to working locally. As a short stay it's ok weekdays, rooms are fresh and modern. Breakfast and dinner clean and enough choices. Menu is expensive over priced even compared to Baku. Good service and language ability in English, Russian. Not much sound proofing between floors so can be noisy till children sleep. Lamps in bedroom stay on all night dim. Have to unscrew...

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nice, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. The food at the downstairs restaurant was great! No complaints. The server Royal was kind, friendly, and courteous. He quickly met our needs. I woukd definitely stay here again.
